    WASTE OF TIME

    Tried to buy one of these but the Best Buy store is a joke. After scanning a QR code with an app I waited 45 minutes at the "order pickup" counter and then no one could find the drive for me. I have NO NEED of a so called store that is basically an app that I have to drive to... Go out of business already.

    I do not recommend this product. I bought it and after spending a couple of hours transferring data it stopped working. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for another one. 3 months later, it stopped working again and I lost all my data. This is the worst thing ever which is to trust one brand with your precious data but then they horribly fail.

    They kept emailing me for a review so now they get a bad one, if I can't spam bad reviews then you can't spam emails for them. As for the product, it's a typical new product, it works, for now. How long, well this is not the 60s and 70s anymore, I'm sure I got a year or two at best before I need a new one.

    I bought this, Best Buy never delivered it, and they told me they wouldnt replace it and to file a police report.

    Worked well for a short time

    Only had it for 1 year before it stopped working. Loses connection to my laptop multiple times, sometimes won't connect at all.

    App doesnt work

    I downloaded the app that is recommended for this hard drive to work and it would not recognize the item was attached. The reviews on the app are a lot of negatives stating the same thing. Ended up returning since i cant use it like i wanted with my phone on the go
