It came with everything I needed to use the external hard drive. I used it on my trip to Europe for photo shoots. I needed to save all the information just incase the memory cards had issues. After some intensive research, I decided on this product. So far so good.

Great little External SSD. Bought it for gaming based off the reviews and so far no complaints, no lag due to loading or buffering and never gets hot. Looking for good add-on storage without having to upgraded internal memory, here is your best option.

The only Samsung product i support and purchase for it’s durability, reliability and ease of use on Mac Os. The drive is good for storing digital files and editing large video files when using Adobe Cloud services.

Worked great for pulling videos and pictures off of my wife's phone that had run out of memory. Now she can take many more and we haven't lost any precious memories.

I am in the process of gathering and organizing a boat load of Media. I purchased two of these 2 TB drives. I have always been a fan of Samsung drives=, but these T7 drives are amazing. Small, easy to carry. They are lightning fast as far a data transfer, which has made this project much easier and faster. If you are looking for a solid SSD solution, you will not go wrong here.

I am so hurt right now. For years I had been storing all my personal pics and videos on SSDs because I have sensitive data that I didn't want to expose to the cloud. For years I had been storing these on a sandisk SSD but it was only 1 Tb and I was running out of room. I bought this SSD last year because of the great reviews and because it was advertised as being "durable". I ported all my files to it and it worked well for a couple months until recently. I did a backup of all my files about a week ago and all seemed good. I could see all my photos and videos. Today I plugged it in to my phone (also samsung) to do another backup and it said that the drive was corrupt and needed to be formatted. I clicked ok to format it because I had this issue with HDDs before and everytime I formatted them I never lost data. Well this time I did because apparently the formatting process completely wiped the drive clean or somehow the data was so corrupted that I lost ALL my data. Everything. Hours of precious videos and pics of my baby girl just gone. I know it was not user error because I always make sure to properly unmount the drive before unplugging it from my phone or computer. I am extremely meticulous about ensuring the drive is properly unmounted to avoid this exact situation. I have NEVER had this issue with my sandisk SSD that I have been using for half a decade. Or any of the HDDs I have used to store game data (I specifically chose an SSD because they don't have moving parts and are supposed to be more reliable than HDDs). I am so hurt right now, I am sobbing with rage and regret for having trusted samsung with all my most precious family photos and videos. I had this SSD less than a year before it failed in spectacular fashion and I have lost so much, it is like losing all your family home videos and pics in a fire. Not to mention all the other files, I had years worth of documents, tax documents, complex personal coding projects I had poured, important court paperwork, hudnreds, maybe thousands of hours of work, all gone. I had a less than a TB stored on this stupid thing before it failed. Words can't describe the dissapointment and regret I feel. Even if I get a full refund it could never replace the sentimental value of all the pics and videos I lost. Hands down one of the worst days of the year, maybe of my entire life.

A very nice little solid state drive. A little expensive for a desktop hard drive desktop storage device, But It works great With my Android phone. As an added incentive it also works great on my computer.

This item is outperforming my expectations. The unit opreates at high speed with fast access to files. Its durable and stay in place on multiple surfaces. I highly recommend this product.

Had to transfer my old files from an older hard drive that was starting to give me problems, this one did the trick.

This device was exactly what I needed! It's speedy, sturdy.....and PERFECT!!! I wish that this device was available to me 10 years ago. Life would have been so much easier at that time.

Other editor friends had recommended this particular model, and I'm happy I finally picked up a couple. Solid build, and the transfer speeds are amazing. Happy I did the jump to this SSD drive. Highly recommend this one.

This External SSD does the job well. Can’t really tell any speed differences between my internal SSD.
