Happy with the device, not the service.

One of two works excellent, very fast transfer rate. The other one takes forever to mount even after reformatting. It still transfers data very quickly but continues to lag when mounting.

Thank you for sharing the speed issues you are experiencing with your Samsung T9 SSD. Using other cables besides the enclosed cable that comes with the T9 may cause performance degradation due to the varying internal resistance and maximum allowable current of other cable types that does not come officially with the T9
