When I received it I could not tell it was opened box at all. This thing looks brand new. No dents or scuff marks. All part look new also. Very happy with my purchase.

Speakers are incredibly loud for something small and compact. Great tv alternative if you’re looking for something more portable. I love that its live television feature is free at no cost. Not sure if it’s worth 600 dollars though.

Some weird technical screen pops up in the middle of the picture and I cannot get it to go away! If that ever would go away I would love it

I love everything about this projector, except it starts playing atrocious, annoying cartoons with the sound and all if you leave the menu alone for 5 seconds. I HATE IT. I can't believe they're allowed to do this. Horrible, awful UX. I've done everything I can to stop autoplay - nothing works. I guess I'm going to call Samsung customer service, but I doubt that would rectify things. Don't buy this if you value your sanity. Save your money for a company that respects it's customers.

While your Freestyle may currently default to Samsung’s TV Plus app, please know you can choose what your Projector does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option > Autorun Smart Hub
1) Enabling Autorun Smart Hub automatically launches the Smart Hub when the Projector is turned on. Navigate to this option to enable or disable the feature.
2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the Projector. You can turn this function on or off by pressing the Select button in the current menu.
Please also be sure your unit is running the lastest firmware update, as this includes various performance updates and enhancements. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

The image is larger than most at the same distance. The auto level is awesome! BUT - the tech isn’t there yet. It keeps readjusting itself and refocusing. Literally five times a minute it readjusts itself. I’m not touching it. It’s in a level surface. It’s dark in here. Nothing is moving or changing.
