    How do you sell used product & lie about. I purchased this 2 weeks ago and it’s already broke & out of warranty. People when you buy your product make sure to register your item so you can see if you still have warranty

    Stopped working after 5 days. Super common problem apparently. The device just does not power on. I highly recommend purchasing an alternative projector. Great concept, poor design. This should of never been released.

    Despite being very smart and connecting very well with the applications, from Samsung and auto adjust the image, I thought that it would have a better resolution of image and video. but it has the same resolution of a cheap projector.

You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      Movie: Is suitable for watching Projector or movies in a dark room.

      You can also manually fine tune your image under Expert Settings. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    Best Buy is terrible. I wouldn’t buy anything from them. They just don’t care. All they wanna do is say something and forget about you.

    It was okay but after 3 days it burnt out and started to smoke. Kinda odd maybe it was a lemon. Wouldve sucked to go past the return policy.

    I don’t find worth $900 for simple projector. It do not adjust image like shown in ads . My $180 projector have similar picture quality I think $900 price point make it expensive

      If the image is not to your liking, try adjusting Picture Mode, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.

      We appreciate your feedback on app responsiveness and Auto Focus functionality, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your Freestyle Projector. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      If you're still noticing blurring, please also check the following, which may further improve Auto Focus and Keystone Correction:
      1. Remove the film covering the lens, as this can affect Auto Focus performance.
      2. Position the device with the “Samsung” logo on the bottom of the unit.
