Fragile Wires!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the Samsung U Flex, phone calls are clear and music sounds great because of the dual speaker ear bud. Be warned, the wires are very fragile and get in the way. As I was standing up my left ear bud got hooked to the edge of the table and now it no longer works. So glad I purchased the extended warranty. I am also bummed that these headphones do not offer a way to advance to the next track. Bixby button will activate Siri if you pair with a Macbook.

Good Sound, Bad Quality

Until one day I was grabbing them and one of the earbuds hit a glass (lightly might I add) and it cracked the plastic and made the wiring come out. I bought the warranty from Bust Buy but they wouldn't replace them because apparently the warranty doesn't cover damages. If you're not going to treat them as delicately as a newborn, DO NOT BUY THEM. And especially DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE WARRANTY.

Poor design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the sound is great when you first buy them. after a few weeks of the headphones dangling and getting hungup on mostly the seatbelts in the car when exiting, the wires get broke or pulled on. thus meaning, they quit working, and only after 3 months.. i am not even going to bother with a claim.
