The fact they remove the headphone jack to then make a product to take more money from the people terrible apple move samsung I expected better from yous

This one did not work but in all fairness sometimes its a gamble with add ons ( I ordered 2 from Amazon and they worked fine) so I think this one was just a factory dud.,

Doesn't work, keeps on cutting out while talking. Dont waste your money, would not recommend.

Had to get this because best buy does not have a cheaper option and they stopped carrying the Google one that was a bit cheaper.

These started off OK except for a clicking sound when plugged into the phone... Now they are cutting out randomly. I will probably return this item.

It would probably be okay if it lasted longer than a few days before having issues.

Product died after a little over a year. Better of buying a no name brand from Amazon at half the cost. Also, impossible to register the product since the serial number on the box is 14 characters and Samsung requires a 15 characters to register it.

It works but shouldnt be necessary these things arw worthless. Why is it all phones want you to buy some extra piece of crap now

The salesperson at Best Buy said this would work with the newest iPad Pro for use with our current headphones since the headphone jack is gone. Well it doesn't... hangs up the iPad every time it's plugged in. Don't know if it's just this unit because I couldn't find anyone else having this problem, but it doesn't work in our brand new iPad Pro.

Stopped working after a few months of use. I was using this for my Z Flip3.

This worked good but didn't last long. The wire broke in half in just only a few weeks.

I'm unfortunately sorry to say the sound is horrible (very "tinny") using this connector. The sound is clear, but a lot of the bass is lost. For the price this is selling at it is NOT worth it. Other USB C to 3.5mm connectors are much less expensive (almost 1/3 of the cost) and sound identical. Just my personal experience.

Was a waste of money for me. Ended up getting a bluetooth headset

The sound is quite low. I tried with multiple headphones and compared with another adapter from Google. Not recommended.

Not good. it did not work as expected. not a fan of samsung.

I always buy original accessories, however, I have purchased 2 of these and both have stopped working withing a couple of months. Quality is not what it should be for a Samsung branded accessory in my opinion.

This item is designed to provide an audio plug for the new Samsung phones which do not have audio jacks . Th fit for the USB C male to the USB C female on the phone was way too tight . I was concerned that the repeated pressure to install this piece could damage the phone socket

It worked for about a month then it gave out... won't buy again.

Stupid necessity, Plenty of room on phones to keep this Aux connection, pure corporate greed to push expensive earbud Bluetooth headphones.. That being said it does the job it was intended for.
