Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the USB Type C-to-3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter's compatibility, sound quality, and ease of use. Many appreciate its compact size and affordable price, finding it convenient for everyday use. A common concern is the lack of a headphone jack on newer devices, necessitating the use of this adapter. Some users also wish for additional color options beyond the currently available white.

I needed this cable to connect my lavalier microphone to my Galaxy Note 10 and my Galaxy S6 tab. This makes the whole functionality work as you need it. I also needed to connect my Rode wireless Go microphone system to my phone/tablet so I could record audio for my videos. I'm sure this serves as a direct necessity is you have wired headphones with a 3.5MM Jack that cannot connect to your device because it only has a USB-c input.

Was looking for something my aux cable can work with my phone since the knew Samsung S21 doesn't have a aux input. It's type C so this made it easy for me to listen to my music in my car.

I own the Samsung Galaxy Note10+, which now does not have a headphone jack. Other phones I've had were equipped with the headphone jack. I primarily use Bluetooth headphones, so I didn't really use the wired headphone jack very often. I do however have a pair of Bose noise-cancelling earbuds, which aren't bluetooth. This adapter works great with them, the wired control on the Bose earbuds is able to control the volume and track navigation, just like they did if plugged into a headphone jack without use of an adapter. I don't see any issues with regular headphones without an integrated remote, works great with those also. For wired headsets with a built in microphone, I can't answer whether or not this will work with them, as I don't have that type of headset.

Adapts the phone, and iPad, USB-C jack to be able to use my regular headphones! The only thing that could make this better is to be able to charge at the same time. But, that is a shortcoming of the phone and iPad, not of this product. But, it would be something to think about: an adapter that allows you to still plug in a charger. Of course, the other option is to use this with a wireless charger that you can just lay your device onto and still listen to headphone music or whatever.

This is a great one and works really well for my karoake system . I purchased a cheaper one from Walmart, and it did not work with the karoake machine. What you pay is what you get !

This works great with headset that came with Note 8. No loss in sound quality or static, like generic brand I had tried. A much better option instead of going to wireless earbuds.

Story time. I had just bought the note 10+ awesome. GREAT PHONE. I absolutely love it. However despite my research I didn't realize that there wasn't a headphone jack. So when I got into the car the and went to plug my aux cord in, I'm looking for the port and I just... I laughed how couldn't I have noticed it before? I looked at best buys website and found this handy little adapter right away and it's wonderful. It never leaves the car, and I have one less port that could get damaged on my phone. I use a wireless charger in my car so sharing the charging port isn't an issue. By using this adapter I definitely don't have to worry about sacrificing the sound quality and still holding strong.

Look, there's not a lot to this review other than this little device takes the frustration out of my particular cell phone by allowing me to PLUG IN A PAIR OF WIRED headphones! :-) One of the dumbest and more aggravating things to happen in the world of 'phones is the disappearance of the min-jack for wired headphones. Stupid but I get why they did it. To annoy us. This takes away the annoyance. It is WORTH it! Trust me...I know what I'm doin' when I'm reviewin'.

Hate how you now have to buy an adapter to now plug your phone into an AUX port but have no complaints on the adapter as it has worked flawlessly pn the systems I have connected to it

This adapter worked perfectly as intended, which was to be able to plug in my own headphones to my HTC Vive Pro VR Headset. The Vive Pro included headphones are ok, except that they seem to lack bass frequencies for when I am playing Beat Saber. The only way to hookup your own headphones though to the Vive Pro is through the USB C port built in, and since I didn't have any USB C headphones this was a quick and easy and inexpensive solution. Plugged in some Sony earbuds into this and got the sound quality I was looking for. Interestingly enough, the Steam VR actually recognized that the adapter was a Samsung brand in the sound options menu.
