This item allowed me to use my existing cables, power banks, etc with my newly upgraded phone. A must have accessory, unless you want to upgrade ALL of your Cables, Chargers, and Power Banks.

My new laptop uses USB-C connectors, and this adapter is essential to communicate with my new S7 Edge via a fast cable. I also got a great deal on it as part of a package at Best Buy.

Charges my Galaxy S8+ with all my old cords perfectly, including fast charging. Nice to have a spare one with me at all times to, just because​ finding a USB C cord can be very challenging.

It's priced high in my opinion. I carry this with me cause it connects to the old style Android charge cords. Beats having to buy new charge cords for the car when this works just fine.

I was upset at first that my previous USB cables were rendered obsolete by my new phone, but this adapter allows me to use my older cables to charge my device, PERFECT!

Nice adapter - allows for the fast charge to continue if you have the adaptive charging block. Only used for a couple of weeks so far.

Bought for my wife if she ever got stranded somewhere and did not have her Type "C" cable. standard cables are everywhere. Very small and can fit in her purse.

This is a great option in place if purchasing all new charger cords. This allows you to use the ones you already own.

It is annoying that I/you have to buy another adapter to charge a cell phone. Even more annoying that "they" gauge the price knowing I/you need the item. It works, does its job.

instead of buying the whole system of new type of phone charger, I just buy the adapter and it perfectly works with my new phone.

Bought a bunch of these for all of my micro USB cables and works well now that everything I am using has C-Type connections.

Not much to say about an adapter, it does what it's supposed to do. I'm using it with a Google Pixel phone, so I don't have to throw away old accessories from my previous smartphone.

My phone came with a USB to USB-C adapter, but I needed a USB Micro to USB-C adapter so I could use my car charger. It was under $10, so cheaper than a new charger.

Works just fine on my old micro usb car chargers. Only thing I've noticed is that depending on how old the charger is, it tends to separate from the charger when unplugging

Finding adapters like this are not so easy because tech is always changing. Having that extra piece to make it work or simply to extend the connection is always a plus.

I use this adapter everyday. It works well and does the fast charging. I would buy again.

If you have purchased a new phone with a USB-C connection, and don't want to throw out those expensive usb cables from the old phone, then purchase this adapter. It works well with in home use. I have noticed slower charge speeds when used in my vehicle.
