I purchased this charging unit to use as a backup and for use in the car which has a 110-120 volt outlet. It is the same as the white one that came with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone.

It comes with a charger an extra battery and a case that can be used to charge the battery when not in the phone. Its good to have an extra battery and not have to carry around a charger.

After encountering a lot of difficulty from an off-brand charger, I went to the Samsung desk at our local BB. They suggested I use the Samsung charger. It has worked with no problems.

all off brand chargers for my wifes samsung tablet would only work for a short while but the samsung branded charger works much better and seems to be holding up much better as well

i dont like using third party chargers because of how well samsung chargers work and its multiple uses since a lot of my electronics have the micro usb.

Having the port on the side (instead of the back) makes it stick out less. It can charge any device that has a USB on one end of its charger cable.

Lost my original Samsung phone cord. Didn't want to take a chance with a cheaper cord so I bought this. Just needed the cord but had to buy both.
