Very very quiet dishwasher. Love the blue light when it's on. Very powerful cleaning. This is a great product.

This is a solid dishwasher, for anyone. The Waterfall technology is very helpful for thoroughly washing off dishes, pans, silverware, etc. My only concern (not critical, because it seems like most dishwashers today are similar) is the drying stage of the wash cycle. If you choose the standard dry function for your wash, the dishes are left pretty wet after the cycle. There is an "extra dry" option, but Samsung does not recommend using it regularly. It uses about twice the electricity, when compared to the standard dry option, and I can't imagine it is easy on the machine to use this function regularly. Other than that, I like this dishwasher a lot. It looks very good and modern, especially when next to other Samsung appliances.

we purchased this model in 2017. Withing three years top rack started to corrode. See pictures. Customer service was awful not even wanting to address the issue. Will not purchase any dishwashers from them again.

Highly recommended!! 5 stars are well deserved! I compared dishwashers on bestbuy.com before going to the store. After I read the description about the water wall I was fascinated. In the store I checked the inside which really surprised me since the pictures online don't do justice at all. The description wasn't very good either but shopping hands on was a surprise!!! The top basket can get raised up by moving handles on the sides of the basket. It gives more space on the bottom for higher items like cookie sheets or stock pots. The top basket has sprinkler system for washing like most dishwashers have. The bottom basket gets cleaned with the water wall sprayer, amazing!!! All plate separators can lay flat, silver ware baskets can be removed. Part of the top basket can be flattened out as well. Bottom basket can wash separatly without top basket washing. That's the best part of the dishwasher! By only washing a few dishes in the bottom basket cuts down on water and energy. Child safety lock can be turned on before washing. I am very impressed with this item and I feel like I bought the Cadillac of dishwashers! It also runs so quiet I had to put my hands against the door since I couldn't hear if it started already. Wash selection and start gets pressed before closing the door. Great quality, great price!

I really like this dishwasher. You don't even realize it's running until the end of the cycle when the alert chimes. I like the back light in the background by the top that shows when the dishwasher is running. Does a great job of cleaning. Holds a lot of dishes. Being single and eating out a lot and not using a lot of dishes, I like being able to use the bottom rack only option. I really like the flexibility of the racks, makes fitting large items like big pans in the rack easy. My only complaint is that I own the stainless steel finish and it's not true stainless steel, magnets will stick to it but it still looks good

I purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy over the Memorial Day weekend 2015. It was delivered to my house and installed on July 5, 2015 . The dishwasher ran one cycle and is now reading an error code of "LC". This thing has not even been out of the box for more than 48 hours and is already causing problems. I have researched Samsung dishwasher over the internet and it seems like I am not the only one who is having a problem of this type. this seems to be a common occurrence with Samsung dishwashers. I additionally purchased a Samsung gas range, above range microwave, and a refrigerator all being Samsung products. I am not so sure I trust their appliances now especially if the dishwasher won't even run one cycle being given me an error code. I still have all the other appliances I purchased in the box at my house and I am still within the 45 days of taking delivery so I am probably going to return the others but I am stuck with the dishwasher especially since Best Buy is quick to point out that they are not liable for for any problems I am having. I think I will try to deal with someone who wants to help.

This is this first Samsung dishwasher I have ever purchased. It looks nice and is very quiet during operation. The dishes are usually spotless upon completion unless you have kids like mine that fail to rinse certain items before loading. I do find the bottom drawer to be somewhat small though and that would be the only drawback I can think of.

We've only had it for about a week, but LOVE the color and functionality of this product and set. In darker light it looks more black, but in lighter room it looks more gray or charcoal. Great shine and color. Works great so far. Lots of cool functions and VERY quiet. Seems to clean really well, too.

This thing is so amazingly quiet, looks great, has great cycles and flexible racks, especially for the price point! I love the concept of the full-coverage water wall, and I have to admit that I was expecting magical cleaning of even dried chili. Well, dried chili, no, but everything else is pretty spotless. Did I mention how quiet this thing is?! Our first unit did had a faulty tub (unit detected a small leak and showed error code), but Best Buy replaced the unit within a few days (great customer service) and has been perfect for the last couple of months. Also, a friend recommended Finish QuantumMax capsules, which seem to improve the wash and drying even better. Enjoy!

Overall good dishwasher, quiet and clean. The only thing is the cold water host and exhaust pipe are right under the dishwasher in a very tight spot. The elevator does not give you too much room neither. Depends on your current piping location, it may be very challenging to install properly.

Ultra quiet!! Can't even tell it's running. Gets everything clean. I will say that you need to make sure you fill it with a rinse agent. I forgot to do that and it did not dry the dishes well. Once i did that there were no issues. Easy to install. Takes the old type dishwasher ell. Not the newer style. Which i'm not fond of the newer connection anyway. I'm a plumber if that helps anyone out.

Great dishwasher in terms of getting dishes clean...like squeaky clean... Replaced a Whirlpool and the sound level is amazingly quiet.. I had the dishwasher running the other day and my wife was home for 20 minutes before she realized it was running. I read the reviews on this unit and thought twice because of some of the early reviews. Based on my experience Samsung has the issues ironed out and this is an outstanding unit. My only issue is that the control panel is a bit unresponsive from time to time and that you really have to push the soap dispenser in just the right place to get it to close, minor issues against the outstanding cleaning performance and excellent noise reduction.

We were looking for the black stainless finish to match all of our appliances. We chose Samsung because of their reputation. This unit is very quiet and cleans very well. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

I really like this dishwasher. It’s very quiet. We replaced an old one that was very noisy. The first time we turned it on, I was wondering if it was working. It was. I really like the fact that we can now fill the dishwasher up, run a load, and carry on a normal conversation in the same room! It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. Of course, I grew up in a home where you practically washed them before putting them in the dishwasher and old habits are hard to break. It has a quick cycle that allows the dishes to be washed and dried in 60 min. Since we practically wash them before they go in, that’s what we usually use. They come out nice and clean.

I had recently bought a model down from this one because of the price. You get what you pay for. I had to return it. This one is quiet, cleans very good, and has options for loading. Just make sure you use the rinse agent for drying.

The price was reasonable on the dishwasher and the look is fantastic. One thing that surprised me was how quiet the dishwasher was - I had to keep checking to see if it was still running. Dishes end up fairly clean, but I would still recommend pre-washing stubborn items like melted cheese. My biggest pet peeve is the smell, there is a slight odor which to me smells like the unit seals TOO tight and smells get trapped. Other than that I love the unit!
