The dishwasher itself work as expected. The problem we have is that when they delivered the first dishwasher, Samsung put the "5-Year Warranty" sticker directly on the black stainless door and it scratched the door terribly to get it off. Best Buy then replaced the entire dishwasher 6 weeks later (yes, took that long) because of the sticker issue. The new one they brought out also had the "5 Year Warranty" sticker directly on the black stainless door, thus scratching the cover off when we tried to remove it. Since then, Samsung sent out a tech to "repair" the scratched off black stainless paint and he could not repair it. I'm still waiting for the new door to arrive, but have given up as it's been nearly a year and they keep saying it's coming. So, DUH, Samsung! You should NEVER put stickers directly on the appliances!!!! You'd think anyone would be smart enough to figure that out!

This dishwasher is super quiet. To dry properly , I use the Express 60 cycle with Dry+. and Finish drying aid. Finish Max in 1 Powerball, Finish or Cascade liquid work well with these settings, only wet spots on items that are not tilted properly. I love this dishwasher

Washes good but drying sucks they need to fix that!

some dishes that were a little grease come out grease does not keep water hot enough

I'm very happy with this dishwasher. It does a great job cleaning the dishes the interior is laid out for maximum flexibility in stacking the dishes. And I like the individual silverware slots. All in all I'm extremely happy with this dishwasher and would recommend it.

Great dishwasher. Cleans very well, even baked on food. Only complaint (which is minor) is that plastics don't dry very well. Even with Dry+ and sanitized cycles turned on, there's still water left over. Overall very happy and would purchase again.

Love the way it works. Only problem was getting warranty sticker off front of machine.

I would have given this product 5 stars but I feel it has one problem. The dishwasher alerts you when the cycle is finished but when the dishwasher shuts off there is no way to tell if the dishes are clean or dirty or if someone has opened the dishwasher since the cycle has ended. Other than that, it cleans great.

The dishwasher came earlier the expected. Cleans my dishes so well. Thyou best buy.

Newer high end dish washers really do clean without pure rinsing, and more importantly, you should NOT pre rinse! You do scrape off big chunks, but the sensor needs the water to be gross do it can tell when things are clean. It took a while to get used to not pre rinsing, but after a few times I'm a believer. This washer has fold down tines on the bottom so large items can go in, and the top rack can be lowered so tall glasses, like wine goblets can fit. The only thing this washer doesn't have is a built in water softener. It doesn't have a dedicated wine glard rack or the rubber mat for the top rack, but I doubt that would be a real deciding point for anyone.

This model is a very efficient product and has exceeded my expectations. It does a much better job at getting all the residue off the kitchenware. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great upgrade to their dishwasher.

Great dishwasher, absolute flexibility and style, but louder than expected

Samsung is a good name. The stainless steel interior is so clean every time. No more looking at disgusting white! The dishwasher is so quiet. Top shelf is adjustable and rack allows for different settings. This is a great dishwasher

I'm very happy with its performance and how quiet it is. The outside stays cleaner than I anticipated also. The only thing I don't like so far is the controls are out of sight so I have no idea how much time is left on the cycle.

Had this Dishwasher installed by Bestbuy. It lasted all of 30 mins before it started beeping with error code "LC". Had to turn the breaker off to get it to shut up. Best buy came and installed another one. This one lasted until the 2nd load when it stared beeping with error codes again. Needless to say I have now switched to a different brand. On a side note the one wash I did get through between the 2 dishwashers the plates were still not clean and everything was still wet even with "dry +" option selected.

This dishwasher is so quiet you can barely tell that it's running! I've had it for two months, and a few times I've had some dishes not come out clean. However, it may have been due to loading it too full.

Perfect size, great quality, I loved it. Perfect for a big family.

Wonderful dishwasher, would buy again from Best Buy.

I was amazed at how quiet it is, do not even know when it is running. I read issues with drying but as long as you open the door a little when done dishes dry fine.
