So far so good. People complained about the drying feature but I haven't had any issue with it. Just make sure you put one of those drying aids in and you are good to go.

The dishwasher was quickly installed and works wonderfully! The installers explained how to use the different features very well and made it very easy to start to use!!!

The dishwasher does not clean well. I am always rewashing dishes. I am also not impressed with the drying aspect. They are never completely dry.

Due to water wall design the upper trey will not cleaned thoroughly if not packed carefully. It is not worth the extra money for it.

sometimes simple is best and this dishwasher is far from simple to operate. so bad in fact, i had to return it.

Got a great open box deal on this baby. Does great work, and has a neat chime when the load is done. Lots of washing space.

Received dishwasher with complete package of samsung black stainless appliances. The dishwasher had to be replaced after using one time as it had an error message and would not release water. The second one that was delivered, the drying cycle leaves moisture on the inside of the door and water on all plastic items. It's a great looking dishwasher but no comparison to my prior LG

I give it 1 star for the looks. Has been a nightmare purchase and even with Geek Squad (GS) warranty, I get the feeling no one respects this Dishwasher. Currently, even with my Geek Squad warranty, I have been without a dishwasher for 4 months. When I call GS to see if I can have it replaced, they put me on hold and then eventually hang up on me. They also never call me back. This has happened twice. Their latest solution is to replace all the parts they replaced in the last 4 months again. I'm no engineer, but that seems like a big waste of money. Not having a dishwasher has strained my 25 year marriage.

This is my first time using Samsung and bought a kitchen appliance bundle. I made a bad mistake and did not look up reviews for this dishwasher. The dishes get clean but the inside of the dishwasher stays wet. I have to wipe it down in order to dry it inside and have never had to do that with any other brand. The racks are clunky and not set up to hold platters and bowls.

We dont even know its running unless you look for the blue light. the adjustable upper rack is a nice feature also.

This new water wall technology is amazing. I haven't had a better dishwasher
