I have changed from liquid detergent to Cascade Platinum Packets, and it is better. I also have noticed an odor if the dishwasher is left closed for 48 hours after washing. My Whirlpool did not do this??? I did not receive the user manual for this either.

Had to return wasn't getting dishes clean

Spent some time on the phone with Samsung and after a few attempts to get someone out to look at it Samsung ended up just letting us exchange it for a different one. Samsung was easy to work with, glad we bought a Samsung product.

Never again

It looks nice, but there was always water built up on the back of the dishwasher. I actually returned it! Very unhappy. I would go back to a Bosch or KitchenAid if I was to buy a dishwasher again!
