Does not clean efficiently, soap dispenser does not work. Terrible overall purchase. My 15 year old machine did a much better job.

I bought Waterfall(DW80J7550U) dishwasher back in July & it has NEVER worked & have been working with Samsung to get it repaired & its been a nightmare. The repair companies don't show up & when they do show, they can't figure out the problem. They were supposed to come again today & cancelled because the never ordered the parts needed when I scheduled a week ago. Samsung won't replace the dishwasher & when I called BestBuy, they would not help me in the slightest & the representative told me to go to the store & hung up on me... I called back to talk to a supervisor & was put on hold in which NO one answered. Great customer service Worstbuy ... I would stay away from Samsung all together. Complete nightmare.

We have had this dishwasher for less than 2 years and have wanted to replace it within 3 months of purchase. It doesn't clean or dry. We have tried different soap and the rinse aids. We had to have it fixed (right after the warrantly ran out). And, it's broke again. I should not have to wash my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. Frustrating!!

This dishwasher was easy to hook up ourselves. We love the black stainless steel color and the quality of the product.

The quality of this dish washer is amazing. It has water wall technology. You can utilize it in certain zones for pots and pans. Also, it has a santitizing setting that utilizes high heat like professional bar glassware dishwashers. It's completely silent.'

Don't bother. Breaks regularly and now they don't make replacement parts for it. I've had it for 4 years and have used my extended warranty many times. Now it's broken again and samsungparts says the items are no longer manufactured. Warranty company offered me all of $250 which doesn't come close to getting me a new functioning dishwasher. Stay away. Samsung appliances are TERRIBLE!

The traveling water-wall lower cleaning device has been problematic after the first 18 months. The carriage is very noisy and can now be heard upstairs during a cycle. After 3.5 years, the lower rack is not receiving any cleaning. The upper rack will still wash small bowls and glasses, but the rack itself is nearly rusted through. Our Samsung experiment is over. Please don't confuse the lowest initial cost with the best value.

I bought the whole suite of black stainless appliances and they were all junk. The dishwasher has red clips that hold the spines in and allow them to fold down. They break and then your rack is useless. The waterfall motor burned up in the first year. It leaked for the first 6 months until they fixed that issue. Ruined my floor by the dishwasher. Absolute garbage, do not buy! Check out the facebook group trying to get a class action suit going because thousands of people have had issues.

The dishwasher died after 54 weeks. Product is clearly engineered to fail shortly after a year. Totally disgusted. Had happily recommended all my appliances to my friends, including this dishwasher, which worked well, but the pump died.

This is such a disappointment. We purchased this dishwasher with high hopes. The only two positives I can find about it are #1 it looks good and #2 it's quiet. But let me explain to you why it's quiet...it doesn't clean anything. This dishwasher is the dishwasher for you if you prefer to hand wash your dishes thoroughly before putting them in the dishwasher and then hand dry them when the cycle is finished. The racks are weird and awkward and don't slide out without you really having to pull them out. I always rinse off food before putting dishes in this dishwasher but I have yet to have a cycle of dishes that were completely clean. We use high quality products in the dishwasher with consistently poor results. I would trade this one out for my 15 year old Whirlpool in a hot second.

I had to have service come out just after installation to replace bad seals. I understand that occasionally happens and the problem was fixed with no issues. However, the dishwasher does not clean very well at all. I now have to rinse everything really well before putting it in the dishwasher. My old dishwasher was fabulous (I only replaced it because we did a kitchen remodel and needed stainless appliances). This one also gets moldy if it isn't run every couple of days. If I leave the dishes in the washer for more than a day or so AFTER I've run it, the dishes get mold on them... nothing is ever dry even when using the drying cycles. I am giving up and buying a new dishwasher... I'm tired of hand-washing everything before and after running the dishwasher.

This dishwasher has a multitude of problems. To start, the top rack snaps loudly every time you pull it out. Then it dumped soap and water all over my floor. Never buy Samsung.

Absolutely NOTHING against Best Buy. But Samsung is the WORST. I paid $900 for the top of the line dishwasher and it is GARBAGE. Samsung COULD NOT FIX it. It actually makes the dishes DIRTIER than when they went in. Have been fighting with Samsung "customer service" for over three weeks now. last contact with them I was ON HOLD for over 1 hour and 40 MINUTES! DO NOT

This thing is the worst. Bought it two months ago. Hopefully going to buy a different one this summer. We have to wash our dishes by hand after they go through this so called "dishwasher". It leaves white spots all over the glasses! I having been using that jet dry and that won't even work. It is ruining our glass wear. Don't buy. I am telling you. You will regret it! I wish I still had my old one. It was 12 years old and it worked ten times better!! Highly don't recommend this! I wish I could get my money back!

Three Weeks Old!!!Dishwasher kept trying to run very loudly with water sound; light said LC. Couldn't shut it off. On phone with Samsung over 1/2 hr then disconnected. Could not shut off even after breaker switch turned off and back on. Problem just came back on. Wanted ME to disconnect the dishwasher! Had no answers just a LOT of hold time! Customer Service SUCKS and right now the Samsung dishwasher does too.

This dishwasher started flashing a code LC and stopped working. That's the leak code. Over a year we've have 5 repaid men an 3 new parts. Now it is leaking and they came out a week after I called and said we need yet another part. Which he'll have to order. Another week without my dishwasher. When do u think I should get a new one SAmsung? Next time no bells and whistles. No waterfall feature. Just the simple one. Can I get my old one back.

Not great at cleaning dishes you haven't already practically cleaned Waterwall on mine broke after 4 years

This dishwasher looks pretty and is very quiet but looks are decieving. The prongs on the bottom rack are very short and the dishes won't stand up. The dishes have to be washed before you load them up or they don't come clean. Just another piece of Samsung JUNK. Don't WASTE your money..

it is not conducive for anyone who has a back problem because you have to literally bend to put dishes in the lower rack. the silverware tray is oddly placed, and the computerization of this dishwasher is very complicated. thankfully best buy has a return policty because i exchanged it for an old fashioned simple to operate one.

Less than 3 years old and the entire waterwall mechanism broke, and the dishwasher was junk.....Out for the trash next day, as I was not spending $200-$400 to fix...Don't waste your money on Samsung appliances, you will be forever disappointed.
