The charger is very touchy. You have to have the phone placed exactly right in order to get a connection. Many times in the morning I wake up to find my phone stopped charging in the middle of the night which is frustrating.

I received this product for free and I still don't like it. It plugs in like a normal phone charger, but takes about twice as long to fully charge my phone. I simply don't see the point in using it.

There's a reason Samsung, or Best Buy, was giving this away...it would be a crime if they charged for it! Whether it's my phone, a new 6S that seems to vibrate ever so little, or maybe just a poor design, but my phone won't stay on the charger, it vibrates off, and even when I put items around the phone so it stays on, it stops charging almost ever time. Quite unreliable. If I really need a charge, I must use the plug...the very thing this charger is suppose to eliminate. It's just a paper weight at my house.

This charger is hit or miss with my phone. Not sure if it is bc of the case on the phone. But the pad alternates between charging and not recognizing my phone on the pad

The concept of wireless charging is neat, but it is a very slow charging process. I would rather just plug it in to the fast charger, and have a full charge in 1 hour.

Charges quickly, but wish that it would not automatically stop charging once it hits 100%. Causes the phone to not be fully charged in the morning.

Sleek, but charges exceptionally slow and really isn't as amazing as it seems. I'm not seeing a huge benefit over just using the wall charger.

For some reason when I put the phone on the charger and leave overnight it does not charge the phone completely. Only gets to 65-70%

I got this charger as a free gift with the Samsung Galaxy s6 it take more time to charge your phone on it then regular charger

Weak magnet and a downward curve for a phone that is not completely flat on the back. Come on Samsung. This is a horrible product. Phone only charges after a few minutes of finding the right position to hit the sweet spot. Then even if you do hit that spot, since the charger has a downward curve to it , the phone likes to just slide off. Don't even think about it staying if your phone is on vibrate.

Very difficult to charge when the phone has a case because it has to be placed exactly in the middle of the charger

Charger has saved my life on more than one occasion! 3 years later I still use it every day. One of Samsung's best inventions!

This was a bonus with the phone - it was a neat gizmo, but I find I don't really use it.

I have to keep repositioning it so it will charge and that get a little fustrating.

I didn't like the fact that it said it was new, and came in a box inside a bag.

Works great but only charges to 90% if it charged to 100% i would give 5 stars.

This works, but it is super slow. Just to slow. Really slow charging.

Only problem, if text or email or alert comes in, it stops charging.

I rarely charge with the wireless pad bc it takes too long
