Very easy to use and charges well; also convenient.

Works well. Chargers at a moderate timely fashion. I wouldn't say super fast but ok. I use it for watching Netflix or Hulu during charging, so maybe that's why it's not super fast. Had to remove my Otterbox case, to thick, in order to charge phone properly. With the Otterbox case I would get 1%increase then a disconnect.

DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE PHONE FROM PROTECTIVE COVER! That was a deal breaker for me. BUT CHU DON'T HV TO WITH THIS STANDUP CHARGER! I'VE EVEN HELD THE WHOLE THING IN MY HAND AND WORKED ON MY PHONE WHILE ON THE CHARGER LOL QUICKLY CHARGES AND TRUTH BE TOLD - THE BEST TO PLACE YOUR PHONE WHEN YOU'R3E NOT ON YOUR PHONE!

I own a Galaxy S6 Edge phone purchased in 2015 when they first came out. Had problems with battery discharging way too much. Part of the problem is the charge cord/connector card to the phone. Samsung repair shop even admits they fix a lot of them. My intent was to purchase this wireless charger so I could take away the port problem issue by just placing my phone on the charger. Went to Samsung site & it stated it was compatible with fast charging for my phone. Went to Best Buy & purchased this thinking it would solve my problem. Unfortunately that was incorrect. Credit goes to the Best Buy phone rep who told me it might not work but could be returned if that was the case. Got home & tried it - yes it will charge the original batch of Galaxy S6 Edge phones that came out - BUT - not at the fast charge pace. Without fast charging my phone takes FOREVER to reach a full charge. Took it back later the next day & was given a full refund without re-stocking charges. Thanks Best Buy.

I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with the OtterBox Defender Case. I have to place my phone on this a few times in order for it to charge correctly. Once I get it on there just right it works great. Will not work at all in the upright column position. Overall it works but a word of caution that it may not work the first time with a case on the phone.

First off, the battery in my S8, last forever. As for this charger, that I received for free, when I purchased the S8, is outstanding in fast wireless charging. The design, to prop the phone up, is perfect.

Decided to go with this Samsung charger after making the investment to upgrade to an S8 phone. So far, this has been a great charger; I like that it is wireless and very convenient to just keep it in a corner on my kitchen counter so it's handy whenever it's needed. No problems charging through my Spigen case.

After more than a month of use I am confident that this was a very good buy. I had researched on line and found some offered at a reduced price, but I chose the brick and mortar offering because I could see the product first hand and had a place to return it is there were issues. The Best Buy representative offered good advice and I am confident that they would have helped me in the event I had issues. I chose an "Open Box" item and saved some extra money off their sale price. We have been using another wireless charger for over a year, but this fast charger is even better as the phone charges a bit faster. Though I don't have supporting evidence, it seems that my phone charge lasts longer with the new fast charger.

The only reason I gave this product 4 stars, is really because it doesn’t utilize USB-C. When the Note7 was released, Samsung’s advertisements would showcase how it had wireless charging capabilities. So when I bought the charger, I was hoping that it would either have USB-C built in, or at least come with a USB-C adapter. With that said, the charger works even with my Urban Armor Gear case on my newly purchased S7 Edge (yes, I exchanged my Note7 for that). I haven’t experienced any issues with it and it charges on contact. I like the look of the product and it has a material on the charging mat that helps the device stay in place. Overall, I would recommend the product and I personally would not opt for one of the aftermarket wireless chargers to juice up my Samsung device just to save a few bucks.

I love this charging stand. It is quick charging and I use it at my desk at work. My phone faces me in an upright position on the stand, so I am able to see notifications and messages that come through while it is charging. I love that I can just pick my phone up off the charger and set it right back down.

This charger works great and does not take up a lot of room. I like the way the phone sits up so I can easily see the screen while it is sitting in the charger. The price was very reasonable. I wish it charged a little quicker, but it is as fast as plugging the phone in to charge. This is a great product.

No more looking for the right way to plug in phone, easy way to read display on phone, and quicly charges phone.Very little space taken up and looks good. Product is good value and reliable for the money.
