Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Charging two devices simultaneously on the left pads may affect charging speed. The right pad supports charging for Galaxy Watch3, Active2, and Active smartwatches only. Case material type may affect ability to charge through case. Biggest drawback was that it doesnt support the original galaxy watch. I was ready to get a new watch though so i can confirm that it supports the galxy watch 4.

I gave it to my wife as a Christmas present, she can charge her phone, galaxy watch, galaxy buds all at the same time. It's super convenient because you no longer have 3 different charges. My wife has a thick case on her phone and the wireless charger works perfectly with the case still on

I wanted to try the wireless charging! This has exceeded my expectations. I thought i would leave it in my bedroom. But sure enough, the family love to use it when we are cooking or eating. Or doing our chores!

One if my best purchases ever

Needles to say it is awesome too be able to charge 3 devices at once without having to look for 3 different cables. I have to say, you must be Stevie Wonder if you're having trouble placing your devices properly. If you have multiple devices you want to charge then get it.

Not too difficult to find the charging spots...and the watch section has a magnet to keep it in place. I have the previous samsung duo charger also...that thing SUCKS. Impossible to find the charge spots and the slightest movement stops the charging. No problem with this one. I'm actually buying another to replace the other piece of junk.

Only issue i have is that it wont work with my older samsung gear s3 frontier (which doesnt vother me cus i upgraded soon after anyway)

This one is the best of the bunch in both ease of placing the phone (seems not as picky as others on where the phone is placed) and charging speed. I've charged my Galaxy phone, Galaxy Buds, and Galaxy Watch 3 simultaneously and didn't notice any significant reduction in charging speed.

Fast Charger

Charges watch for about 4% then stops. For the phone and ear buds its ten times faster then any other charger.
