You have to align the phone on the pad perfectly or it won't charge. So I have a Samsung charger, Samsung phone, and Samsung case, these should work flawlessly together.

With six coils inside the Wireless Charger Trio, it's simple for you to put your device down and charge it up. With the dedicated spot for Galaxy watches, you can keep your timepiece powered up to get you through your day. An interior magnet on the right side of the charger guides your watch into place to charge. And on the left, you can charge your phone, Galaxy Buds series and more. If your device isn't charging wirelessly, ensure the phone is placed in the center of the charging pad, remove any cases or accessories, and verify you're using a Samsung-authorized charger and cable. Its not bulky and keeps everything in one central location

The Watch charge was the only part working and it did a great job, but was looking for a multi-charging system for business travel. Honestly, I don't know if the defect was inherent or just passed on by a Bestbuy associate who didn't take the time to inspect and "certify" the open box. Makes me lose faith in Bestbuy honestly.

Smart Watch has its own area. The unit is (smart). A watch placed elsewhere will signal a inop blink.

Phones charge excruciatingly slow. Often I remove the wire from the wireless charger and just plug in my phone directly. I would say do yourself a favor and buy the duos instead.
