Everything works assuming you don't have a solid case on your phone. Phone (Note 9) won't accept a charge with my case on it.

I should have done some more research, this only works with specific products Samsung/Galaxy products. I'm sure it works well, just not the product for my needs.

We even figured out with setting it up on the charger correctly we can charge 2 phones and a watch instead of the earbuds.
