Extremely slow charger

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the triple charging but it shouldn’t take over 7 hours to charge my Galaxy 22 ultra when it already has 40 % battery and it takes about 4 hours to charge my Apple pro max 12 when it is at 30% battery. I don’t know if this charger is just that slow or if it’s defective but it will be going back. I knew it would be slower than the wall charger but this is extreme slowness.
