I first tried some brands that were not Samsung and had issues. After buying this Samsung branded Wireless charger back plate everything worked right out of the box.

At times it does not charge to 100 percent but for the most part does and stops at that point to conserve battery life. Better then other charges I purchased.

Fast charge all the time...only downfall is I have to take my phone out of the case to charge it...or spend 10 minutes trying to angle it in the right position

I don't really want to have to plug something in each time to charge my phone. Per instructions you cannot leave the charger plugged in. So each time you use the charger you must plug in the charging station so instead of plugging my phone in you plug the station and then set the phone on the station. Maybe I did not need this because I could just plug in my phone.

As long as you take your time when placing the phone on the charger it works fine. A little slow though

Great wireless charger. Since it's an older model, it does not rotate into a stand, but the price was better and it certainly meets the need.

This wireless charger takes a very long time. Its much faster to use your cord. It is alright for over night charging.

For some reason my phone only charges if I place it in the sweet spot for this charger. The problem is, I can't locate that spot. Sometimes my phone charges 5% and sometimes it charges 25%. I can never tell when it will stop. I know when I leave it alone I see a red charging light but when I return the light is out and the phone has not completed charging. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Rarely n it will charge quickly and fully. Most times it will not charge for more than 10 minutes or so. We have 2 of these and my brother in law has one. All have the same problem. Samsung says it has to do with the electric current changing and apartments have problems. We are in an apartment and one in a house and none work properly. If they fix to work all the time it would be wonderful.

Great investment. My wife and I have the same phones and with both of us working so much, often we leave chargers in various places. This is a great alternative and requires no plugging in. Just place it on the charger and good to go. Blue is charging and green is fully charged. Simple, easy, efficient.

Charges your phone relatively wirelessly! Like with almost no wires at all! Except for that one that connects the pad to the charger. Also it was free! Score!

I received this charger on a promotion when I bought my new Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. It's a good charger and it works well, but it's not very fast...and I have to remove the cover from my phone in order for the phone to charge. I don't know if it's the cover I have or just that it won't work with any cover? Definitely happy to have, but not sure I would have spent the money.

This product never would charge my phone completely. Great idea but not happy with it to charge my phone over night.

Enjoy the device but it stops charging after a while. You have to take it off and put it back on to resume charging.

Great add on but doesnt charge that quick while listening to music or chromecasting as it would if it was plugged in

The product is good it looks great but if I have my phone just a little on the edge of the changer it does not work.

On my nightstand,No need to fiddle with wires especially at night,just drop and charge.has a light indicator to let you know it's charging and when it's full.

The technology was great to experience, however I had problems with my device as charging would drop on the stationary phone after 15-20 seconds. Had it worked and charged consistently, I would've kept it, however returned the pad the next day. Charging is much slower than the physical charging cord, so if you can deal with using a cord, you will benefit from decreased charging times.

Charges slowly, but is good as a leave it and go charger, easy to use.

This is a good charger to use during the day.I don't like to use over night since it quits charging once its full.
