It works great, but it's the same thing as plugging your phone because you have to plug the charger.

Has only really worked correctly a handful of times. Will constantly disconnect from the phone. I have tried various positions on the pad, none of which seem to allow it to work consistently. I have gone back to using a traditional mini usb charger just to make sure it will actually fully charge overnight.

Great when it's working....sometimes it won't charge and just blinks...will not charge with a case is on the phone.

You have to place the phone exactly in the center otherwise it will not charge. If I knew I would have just spent the money on the fast charging base. That way at least if I don't put it exactly on correctly it will charge quickly before I take it of. It takes a lot longer then I expected to charge the phone

Easy to use but doesn't always work the first time you set your phone on it. You need to reposition it a couple of times in order to connect and charge.

Yes I would recommend this to a friend. Good size and makes charging easier.

Love the way it works but, I have the S4 and it required a new back to my phone which I had to order online because my store didnt stock the product. I like the way it lights up and the audio that plays when it connects to the charger.

I love the SMS Samsung wireless charger. It has a long cord to reach an electrical plug. The ease of use is fantastic, especially for my husband who forgets to use his regular charger for his cell. This way he simply places the cell on the wireless charger. BTW, the charger lights up when in use.

I always charge my phone when at my desk but I also get up to leave and then return, frequently. With this charger I don't have to plug in or unplug each time. The light on the base visually confirms connection is made. I have a silicone case over my S6 Active and it does not interfere with charging.

Great when phone positioned carefully. Tried several cases and charger did not work unless phone placed exactly.

kind of speaks for itself...I have the s6 active, its compatible w the wireless charge and go setup. pros: store and charge pick and go any time...cons: it takes longer to charge compared to wired charging. other than that cool option...wont have to worry about the usb being messed up (kids take off w the phone sometimes they messed up the charging from pulling on it funky)

This rapid charger was purchased for a family. He really likes it and states it saves time charging his Samsung Note 5. Works well and charges quickly.

I was using my old Nokia induction charger with my s6 and found there were times it didn't charge at all. Purchased this for my desk at work. It's discrete and fast. Cord length is substantial, can place it almost anywhere in my 9x9 cube and reach my PC with the USB cord. Lights indicate activity.

Great charger for the price, I wish it would charge faster but is good.

this is an awesome charger. only problem is doesn't connect right away with my otterbox case. Once connected, it charges just as fast as a wired charger.

I am unhappy that some time it will not charge I have to plug in my phone other than those few occasions its nice

I received this product free with the purchase of my galaxy phone. I was excited to use however have not been able to get it to work for more than a few minutes at a time which is very disappointing. I did a bit of research and learned this seems to be more common than not with this product so doubt exchanging it will fix my issue. Makes sense now why they are giving these away ☺.

This is a neat gadget but it takes a long time to charge my devi ce. If it wasn't free I would have returned it.

Very Convenient. Fantastic to use. Just lay it on the pad an it starts to charge. Pick it up and use anytime. As a side benefit it redused wear on the phones manual plugin and cables.

It is really aesthetic however, it tends to stop charging at times and you must ensure to place it perfectly.
