Received the Samsung wireless charging pad for pre-ordering the Galaxy Note 5. I'm glad that I didn't have to pay for it because it is pretty much a paper weight now. After several attempts to get it to work I have given up on it for now. When my phone is placed properly on the pad it begins to charge then after a few minutes it stops charging and the light that is supposed to stay blue starts to blink letting me know that it has stopped charging. After researching I have discovered others are having the same problem. The only work around I have had any luck with is to change my settings under Display and Wallpaper to Daydream mode when the phone is docked or charging. What this does is once the screen locks the Daydream mode kicks in and the phone stays charging on the pad. I emailed Samsung and the rep that relied did not help at all. Basically told me that they have never heard of these issues. Funny thing is when I took it back to ask the Samsung rep at Best Buy about the issue he told me that customers are having this issue with the charger!

This was a christmas gift, but the person who received it, says in less than an hour the Samsung 6 was charged. It is alot better than using cords.

I can sit in my phone on the charger by in the morning my phone is fully charged I like the LED lights on it just wish the base with a little wider

must keep an eye on it to make sure it starts and stays charging. wake in the morning and it hasn't charged.

If you have anything that disrupts the phone while sitting on charger it moves and will not be fully charged.

I thought this was a cool thing to get. I got it free when purchasing my phone. If I would have bought it, I would have been returning it for a new one. Or altogether. It works great until someone texts or something pops up. Then it stops charging and you have to take it off and put it back on the charger again. Seems like no big deal until you assume it's charging and then your phone is dead. Have to keep looking at it to make sure it's still charging.

Had one issue with the charger where it simply quit charging so sent it in and they paid to have it sent by sending me a label via email. Within two days after they received product they sent me a brand new charger and shipped it right to my door step. Very good quality. Highly recommended!!

I have a Galaxy note 5 and I use this charger a lot. The only bad thing about these chargers is that you have to turn "daydream" on for it to work

It's a bit annoying trying to find the right spot to get the phone charged. Plus you can't really use the phone while charging, but it does its job.

Very convenient charging so I do not have to remember plugging in. Easy to drop, grab, and go. Very sleek design with does not look out of place where ever you place it.

This base charges my phone in no time; the only complaint I have is that I have to be precise on how I position my phone or else it will not charge.

just plug it in and off you go to do something else. the charger works fast and you don't have to worry about which way the plug your phone cord in

This is a good product, however this is not the fast charging but it is good that i can just sit my phone down and it is charging without having to worry about untangling cables.

I love the convience of this charger...however. it does not charge as fast as I would like for it to do..

I've been wireless charging for years. Too Bad this doesn't work that great. It's ok but not worth the price.

We have this in the living room so when we get home, we can just place our phone on top and charge it. No need to look for the plug. We can be lazy and simply place it on top and turn on the tv. It was fast charging when we first used it but I think the cable might be cheap and stoped working as fast charger. Still works so it's a 4 out 5 stars.

Great charger performs as advertised, easy to set up and use.

Originally purchased this as one of my bundle items after seeing it work in the store. Took it back tho after seeing the speed charger version.

with my Note 5. Never used a wireless charger before; it's convenient but not as reliable or fast as wired.

I was leery of how this would work. I thought it would actually be slow, but it seems to charge just as fast as through the cord. The nice thing is that I'm not having to figure out the correct way to plug the cord in while it's dark at bedtime. I don't know how it works, but it is great!
