Not as fast as wall charger connected to phone but still easy and convenient.

One caveat unrelated to the product performance-make sure you match your model number with the appropriate charger. We matched our Edge 7 and got this charger, which is so easy to use, even though we have cases on either of our phones. Once carefully placed upon the charger, it is just a matter time until you charge. Not as fast as the quick charger given with the phone at purchase, but it's well worth the convenience.

No worries about charger coming unplugged. Never worry about damage to charging port or opening cover on lifeproof case. Great for people on the go. Thinking about buying a second one!

I got this as part of a promotion when I bought a new Note 5 phone. I use it and it works fairly well, although occasionally it stops charging for some reason and quick flashes the blue light. If I remove and replace the phone or works again. However, for $20 I bought a different brand charging stand that works perfectly. I'd have to recommend that over the Samsung charger.

Not quite as fast as the plug in but a very nice alternative and easy use.

Great product not sure it is worth $40 though. Makes it easy to charge even if it's for a brief moment because you don't have to fumble with plug. Not sure it as fast as charging using the cord. Works with a case on the phone.

I received this wireless charger as a birthday gift. I works great with my Note 5. No problems charging. Its nice to just lay your phone down or pick it up with no wire attached.

easy to use but sometimes don't want to make connections when charging.

Got this for Christmas. Works with hubby's Galaxy S6. However, my Note 4 requires a nearly $100 adapter in order to use this. That's almost 3 times the cost of the charger. If interested in getting one of these, be sure your phone is compatible without needing any adapters. My recommending this product to a friend depends on whether their phone works with it. :)

Love it. Got for my wife so she doesn't have to struggle to find her cable in the dark and works perfectly. She even has the Otterbox defender on it and it works right through it!

I know this is one odd those purchases which is really not necessary and which really does not save any time. With that said, I could not be happier with this product, it is just sooooooo easy to drop you phone on your nightstand and walk away, buy one, stop reading reviews about it.

wireless charger doesn't charge rapidly. I like the look and concept

Great device, but look at it after you set your phone down on it, before walking away. Charges the phone great, but sometimes it will do the caging noise and the light will turn blue, but won't actually charge. Just make sure you have the phone centered and you won't have any issues.

I have at least four Qi (the standard this charger uses) wireless chargers. Pros: 1. This charger charges my phone (S6 Edge+) faster than my other Qi chargers. 2. Relatively easy to use. 3. Comes with a power brick and long enough cable ot place the charger at a good spot on your table/desk/etc.. 4. The textured/rubberized circle on the top keeps your phone in place once you get it positioned correctly. Cons: 1. Placement can take some practice to get the charging working reliably. You will eventually learn but when I use technologies the best ones are those that don't require fiddling with them each time I use them. 2. The charging light is sometimes visible but not always. Luckily the phone flashes a charging indicator on the screen but I wish the LED light on the base was more uniform so that with a glance I knew it was charging. To compensate for this I have the base sitting 90 degrees at an angle, which puts the light in a spot where I can almost always see it.

I recently bought the s7 and with its wireless charging capabilities i figured i give the wireless charger a chance. I will not be going back to wired charging again. Just plug in the charger and drop your phone on it and it charges. I have read other reviews saying that it was difficult to find the "sweet spot" to charge but i do not have that problem every night ill place the phone on the charger and it starts charging right away. The blue led lights are overly bright while charging and i have no issues with the light even with it on my night stand. My only complaint is that its not a fast charg charger as when i purchased it i was unaware of the differences. Overall very happy with this purchase and will be looking to get another one (with fast charge) soon to take to work

First two weeks did battle with this unit...got up in AM and it was flashing blue and no charge. After experimentation, with a note 5, you must orient the charger cord perpendicular to the left side of the phone to get it to work right. A little bit off and it won't work. Now that I figured it out, I like it. Why can't they tell you this in the instructions?

I bought this charger after I bought my Galaxy S6 because I wanted the convenience of wireless charging and it works for that. It is much slower than conventional charging but it come with a fast charger so you can just unplug it from the base and plug it directly into the phone if you want super fast charging. I don't know if it is because of the design that doesn't encompass the phone, but many times the charging will stop and you have to lift the phone off and place it back on the base, also sometimes if the phone charges fully, it will stop charging and you wake up and you are not at 100%. Still it is great because I can pick the phone up and drop it back down when I am lying in bed and not have to deal with an annoying cord attached that I might have to plug or unplug.

I like the wireless charger but I definitely prefer the regular one that connects to phone. Every time I place my phone on it I'm not sure if its charging or not. It doesn't begin charging immediately. I have to try and move the phone several directions on the wireless charger. It's a little frustrating. But once it starts charging it does its job quickly.

So I bought this for my wife to use on her night stand next to the bed. I thought it would be nice and easy to charge. It works great and does what it is supposed to. The reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because it has this blue light that is too bright to sleep next too. I wish there was an option to turn the light off. So uses it in her office now.

This works pretty well. I have an Otter box on my new S6 and i think that may have something to do with why it doesn't always work. I've found that it has to sit on the pad just right or it will not charge completely it stops charging about half way through if not placed properly. But overall I still really like not having to plug in my phone all the time.
