It makes it very easy to charge the phone with no problems

I purchased the charger only to discover it didn't work with my phone. It's one generation too old. The reviews online and the product description never mentioned which phones it would work with. The salesman did show me another product which has worked wonderfully for me.

It's no "fast charge" like the phone is capable, but this wireless charger does an adequate job adding some juice to your phone. Another quality Samsung product!

Got this wireless charger from Best Buy and plugged it up and have had no issues with charging. Just set my phone down and it works every time.

I bought this when it was on sale. It works just fine. Occasionally I have to carefully place my phone just right to get it to charge, but overall it's fine. I'm glad I didn't pay full price though.

Got this as a gift for a friend they love it says the whole family use it as a wireless charging station in the living room .. Wish iPhone had stuff like this

This came free wirh my phone purchase at Best Buy. Some nights i put the phone on this and it only charges ny phone to 70% after 8 hours minimum. If i had paid for it, i would have taken it back. DONT BUY THIS THING!

No more wearing out your usb charger port on your phone. It can be reserved for other media devices now and not wear out in less than a years time from overuse.

Very good charger, I like it that is wireless and you don't have to deal with connecting it. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes I have to set it more than one in order for it to recognize it and start charging.

I initially thought the charger itself was wireless and was a but disappointed when I found out it wasnt. Nonetheless, the device was effective and convenient.

Plug and Go sets solid on night stand and hold phone well

Since the charger needs to be plugged in with a USB cord, it's not much more convenient than just charging the phone with the USB cord. However, it is a little easier to just lay the phone on the charger rather than plug and unplug the phone. Since it was free from Best Buy with the phone it seems worth it.

This was a great purchase. I don’t have to worry in looking for cables or the boxs to change my phone. It also is fast in charging my phone.

Make sure the phone is on the charger and it is lit up.

When my wife got her new Note, it came with this charger. She fell in love with wireless charging, and that was it. This is a great base line charging device.
