Works as advertised, but slow. Easy to use. No problems with this.

It's not a bad solution, the phone needs to be placed just right on the pad. It's a little slower than the cable but overall a nice way to charge the phone. There is a spigen case and it doesn't interfere with the charging.

Love this thing.... I don't have to mess with plugging and unplugging my phone. Its not a fast charger but its good on the go to just lay on top and it starts to charge.

Nice design, works well. Could be better. Buy only when on sale.

It is a LOT easier to have the wireless charger. I have the wireless next to the bed and the wall one downstairs. It is difficult to use the wireless charger and use your phone at the same time. Also having an otterbox case on the Note 5 - you have to make sure it's charging. Could be user error but the first night it didn't charge with the case on it.

This product is sufficient. It charges, for most of the time. There have been multiple instances where my phone is charging as I go to sleep, and upon waking up, it's not charge while only having around a 70% charge. Google has not provided any concrete solutions. I got this item on sale which helped. Can't wait for Samsung to make improvements.

This charger works well with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with an Otterbox Defender case on it, which is one of the heaviest cases in the Otterbox line. The only gripe I might have is that the charger is a little finicky about placement--you have to position the phone on the charger just right for it to start charging--but this is a very minor issue.

Only 4 stars because the phone has to be centered to make connection and charge. Also had to buy another case because it would not work with my old protective case. Lastly no manually was included, had to look online to figure out what the led colors meant. But it does charge my phone rather well, and was cheaper than getting my charging port fixed!

These are a neat way to charge your phone. I thought that they would be so convenient and easy to use, but we don't really use them that much. It seems to charge faster with just a cord plugged into the phone. Also, you kind of need to be careful that the phone is carefully lined up with the charging area or you may return to an uncharged phone!

I enjoy the fact that you don't have to plug the phone into recharge. It works pretty good. I do have a protective cover on the phone and I have to be careful on how I place it on the charger. As I have to make sure its placed correctly for it to charge. It might be slightly inconvenient but I still think its better then being tied down by a cord.

The charger works great when it wants to but there are times when you have to move the device around a few times for it to register. Other times I wake up in the morning and realize the pad stopped charging overnight for some apparent reason. All-in-all, I think its a great tool when charging your phone. Just wish it was more reliable at times.

The puck charges my Galaxy Note 5 quickly but it is not quite a 5 star item. The puck tends to stop charging when the phone does something (not sure what). I have placed my phone on it at night and in the morning, it is no longer charging. Also, the LED lights tend to be a bit bright and I would not recommend keeping it near where you sleep.

Wireless does not necessarily mean you can travel with the charger and no outlet to plug it into. The only wireless part is that you literally place your Samsung on the charger plate and it charges only if the charger is plugged into an outlet. It is a convenient charger for home and in the office but definitely not for traveling purposes.

While the item is great, how I got it is a better story and one that is why I am a repeat BestBuy customer. I have bought a number of mobile devices from Best Buy, and I will continue to do so, why because they care about their mobile customers. I got an email a month or so about getting a mobile accessory for free, I looked at it and forgot about it. They resent the email, and I had time to look at it and respond. So I already have one of these wireless Samsung Chargers, but this gives me another one for my office desk, or somewhere else. It is not the fastest, but it works even with the Otterbox on my phone. While this a free gift from Best Buy it is a decent piece of equipment and well worth getting!

This is an excellent charger. It doesn't take up a lot of space & easy to use. Plus no one else can use it so I don't have to worry about anyone taking my charger.

Although a bit pricey, it does look nice. The charger matches the phone (without a case) but the instructions say to unplug the charger when the phone is finished charging, just like you would if you just plugged the cable into your phone. I don't know if leaving the cable plugged into the charger will damage it, but if you're unplugging and plugging it back in whenever you need to charge your phone, you're basically paying $65 for nothing because you'd do that with your phone anyway. Other than the fact that it LOOKS cool, it's not very practical. Although it does still work if you have a case on your phone.

This is the best gadget out there. The only issue I have is that sometimes my phone will show charging when I place it on the product, but at some point during the night it stops charging. When I wake in the morning it is showing only 55% charged or some other %. This is a little frustrating. So I am very careful how I place the phone.

Our first few days with this device was rough. It would constantly start blinking and not charging minutes after placing the phone down. Not sure if it was because we had them along heavily trafficked areas and the phones moved off of their target areas, but once we moved them to a place off the beaten path in the house, it works great.

Does the job. Connects right away when the phone is placed on it. However, since Samsung now includes FAST wireless charging on their phones and this is NOT a fast wireless charger, it's outdated, just like most tech products after the first year.
