I got this with my Galaxy Note 5 and it's great. I had to exchange the first one as it wouldn't charge my phone past 24%. The second one I received works great. I like the blue light it emits when charging and the green light when it's complete. This is my first wireless charger and it's great.

Charges well. But I have two issues with charger. I will wake up in middle of to night chargers blue light flashing. Some type of fault. Also, when fully charged, if left on charger, I have come back hours later, and phone is only at 95% charge. Don't know it it's phones fault or chargers fault

Love the wireless. It lights up when charging and if its charged. Just my opinion I love the dark. Just wish it don't light up. Other then that its a quick charge. Very Easy don't have to UNplug and plug my back in every time. Since the charger was free with my phone can't go wrong with that.

I like not having to plug my Samsung S6 into a cord. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have my phone in an otterbox and you have to have it positioned just right in order to get the charge to work. It's not hard to find but does have to be in a specific spot or it will not charge.

Works with a case on a Droid Turbo 2

I recently upgraded my phone to a Droid Turbo2 with wireless charging. I always put an Otterbox Commuter case on my phones for the protection/size. The Verizon reps sold me their wireless charger ( Both of the ones available) and neither worked with the case on the phone. A co-worker had this Samsung wireless charger and as a goof I put my phone on it (in the case) and it worked!! Picked one up from Best Buy immediately and it works as described! Very happy that I found a wireless charger that worked for me!

Easy to Use Charger but...

the only problem is it isn't as efficient as just plugging it into the good old outlet charger. It heats the battery up which will likely lead to a reduced battery life, or so I have read in other articles. If you are going to upgrade every 2 years or less, it shouldn't be a problem for you.

This is a neat little gizmo. I keep it on my night stand and place my phone on top of it at bed time every night. My phone is charged by morning. It takes about an hour to fully charged my phone. If I actually plug my phone in, it charges in 15 minutes. But how cool is WIRELESS charging?!!

Great way to charge your Samsung S6. Eliminates cords and plug ins. Saves ruining plug port by constantly plugging and unplugging.

The phone has to be positioned right on the base pad, but other than that I found no issues. Takes a bit longer to charge from a normal wall plug in to the wall to the phone, but I personally hate plugging in my phone and getting my charger wires bent and broken...sorry for the run on

I bought this to go with my new Samsung Galaxy s6 edge on sale for about $35. The wireless charger does allow you to charge your phone even with a case on it, however it has a certain sweet spot that you must lay your phone on in order for it to charge. This is sometimes frustrating to get the phone position just right so that it will charge. Additionally, sometimes it will intermittently stop working. This is also frustrating because it may stop working in the middle of the night while you're sleeping. Do I think that it's worth $60 at full price? No. But at the $35 Sales that I got them on, I can't complain too much. While it is highly convenient to have several of these throughout the home again it is very frustrating to play a guessing game as to whether or not they will work correctly.

I haven't even used the charger that came with the phone it's just convenient to use, my husband uses the charger on this that came with the phone and it fast charges it but I rather get a slow charge and not be on my phone constantly anymore like I used too

The idea of this product is great, just needs to charge a bit faster in my opinion. It's perfect for charging while sleeping but if your phone is dead and you need a quick charge use the USB charger that came with or be prepared to wait! The convenience is awesome just isn't very quick!

This is a good product and very convenient.
Would have given it 5 stars if the charging was as fast as plugging the phone in, but still fast enough for everyday use.
If you need faster charge, just unplug the wireless piece and plug the included charging cable directly to the phone.

You have to put phone in a certain spot to be sure it is charging. I do like it because you dont have to bother to plug into phone which save the inside of the phone charger from getting wore out . Just wish pad was not as sensitive to the location you lay your phone to get it to charge

As a college student, my phone is with me all day and I depend on it for not only a social life but for my schooling as well. I purchased this wireless charging pad for my desk. All I have to do it place my phone on it and it is being charged. When I get a text or a call I can easily pick up my phone and respond. It's much more convenient than having to unplug my phone. I'm very happy with this purchase!

My phone is protected with case, this allows easy charging without taking phone out of the case, or fighting with the rubber tab over the usb port on the phone. This is the third style of wireless charger from Samsung that I own. Liked the first one but my wife took that one. Worth it.

First, wireless charging is a great concept! Im on my phone all day, so the thought of removing the step of always remembering to plug in my charger is pretty exciting.
I have a galaxy s5, so though it is capable of wireless charging, it does not come "out of the box" with the appropriate battery cover- but it can be had for $40- $50 dollars (that's in addition to the $50 this charging station will set you back.). I'm ok with that. I don't need or plan to upgrade for at least a few more generations of this phone. With that said, I really was excited to just set my phone down and let it charge. What I did not account for, because I did not read the fine print, is how sloooooow this charging process is. I am sure that i am a little spoiled with the rapid charge provided by the charger provided with the phone (can also be purchased separately from 3rd party) and that fact becomes painfully obvious when charging with this wireless charger. It quite literally will take 2 hours to gain an additional 10% charge. That sucks. I burn battery life faster than this thing can replenish it!
The one time this does seem to be satisfactory is when charging my phone over night. The rapid charge of the aforementioned cable has my phone at 100% before I can even fall asleep. So I am left with unplugging it, and having 80% or so when I wake, or leaving it plugged in and baking the thing all night (not sure if this is damaging, but it does heat the thing up a great deal!). Enter wireless "trickle" charging. Is it worth the $100 bucks I have invested (counting the aftermarket battery cover)? Probably not. In fact, if you do not get your phone positioned just right on this thing, it doesn't even connect to commence the charge. Definitely don't just drop and go- stop and verify connection has been made.
All in all I am of the opinion that this is novelty at best. I have read a few reports of rapid wireless charging systems coming available sometime in the ambiguous future, hopefully sooner rather than later. I would advise to wait for that to happen before shelling out any cash for this tech and just make due with plugging in to your charger the old fashioned way until then.

I bought this for my new Galaxy Note 5 and it works well. Slower charging than when plugged in at home on my nightstand, but convenient to keep it topped off at my desk at work.
Note that there is a new "Fast Charge" model now available (for the latest phones) for a higher price.

Works great. I do have to position my phone in a certain place for it to work, ifor it's off center it won't charge. I was afraid also of the blue light being too bright but it doesn't stay on thankfully. Once it's fully charged it turns green and stops charging which is great.
