I never thought it would be possible to charge wirelessly. It's just amazing and efficient in many ways like I don't need to detach the phone when I need to use it for a minute.

Works well but sometimes has trouble when the case is on the phone.

This is a great way to charge your phone. Charging time is very close to what you would get if you plugged in directly to a charger.

some positioning finesse required but otherwise it looks & works great.

It is a very convenient charger. You just put the phone on it and walk away. It would be nice if the charger or the phone could alert the user when the charging is complete.

My first and second doesn't work, the store won't exchange beyond 14 days...I work, travelled and the store is far from my home, so I am not getting a 3rd. Not fair and horrible customers service especially since I was told that they have been having a lot of returns and Samsung is aware of the problem.

Check to make sure your device is comparable but this is a great alternative to plugging and unplugging the micro usb charger and the damage it does to your charge port

Works well, don't have any problems with getting it to charge.

I bought the us charger for my daughter who's has a tendency of ruining her plug port on her phone. With this charger I don't have to worry about any more damage to charger port.

I've bought two of these charging units for my house. The first was bought ~4 weeks ago and seem to be having issues connecting with a phone on the charging unit, and also staying connected to charge the phone. The second one I purchased more recently, and has no issues thus far.

Absolutely amazing product. Not the fastest at charging but left overnight it gets the job done. Does not produce a lot of heat although some cheaper alternatives do.

I can not get this wireless pad to work. I have to move it around about 5 times before the charge comes on, then after I check it after a few minutes the phone is not even charging. My wife got one as well and the both do the same thing. I am loosing patience, will probably give up and just plug it in.

I love the wireless charging! I wish it would still charge with the magnet (to hold my phone in the car). I have to take off the magnet if I want to charge wirelrssly.

It's great and I love it. I can usually just toss it on the charger and it's fine. There are times where I have to make sure it's on their right but that's not really an issue

It's awesome that you don't have to worry about you breaking the charger unit. It is known for the charger outlets for Samsung to break easy. It is great that this device exists

Is fast enough it tells you when the phone has been fully charged

I also got this free with my phone purchase. I haven't used it yet. I'm ol school. I'm still using my regular charger. I'll use it soon to see how it works. I'm sure it's okay.
