the special effects are interesting. But it seem to overdo the special effects. At times you can be overwhelmed with all the activity that's going on in the movie.

A good action movie as usual with the Rock in it..a lot of special effects that look and sound great in 4K..but nothing to get too excited about...

Two words... Alexandra Daddario. I know how shallow this may come off but when I first saw her in True Detective I was sold. What a beautiful woman... My God, man!

If you are looking for a pretty good action flick, you have found it. Of course plenty of non true or plausible parts, but hey 95% of action flicks are that way.

Good movie, not a very good 4k presentation. Might as well stick to bluray.

If you like the rock then you will like this movie. Lots of action and big explosions. Basically another climate change type movie.

This movie has a lot of special effects showing the downfall of San Andreas, based on a theory of the earths titonic plates. The 3d is spectacular

Go into this movie expecting mindless entertainment and you will be satisfied. Some great action sequences but the storyline has way too much predictability.

The movie is all about the effects. Some of the locations are a bit exaggerated, just for the sake of making things more dramatic and lengthening the scene.

Although the special effects were good the storyline left me disappointed. The 3D was not that good. I think the regular HD DVD would have been better.

Definitely liked the cast Dwayne Johnson and Carla Gugino.The CGI effects kinda reminded me of the movie '2012' that made it a Blu-ray a must have.

pretty good movie, great action even if some of the scenes are a little out there, but I watched it for the action whivh was pretty good.

Watched this with my gf and we both enjoyed it . Not the best character development , but entertaining and flashy enough to watch till the end .

You know what you will be getting. Planet changing event and action with the Rock. I rate if Average because it gave me exactly what I expected.

The Rock delivers a reasonably good movie. Nothing special but still fun to watch. The wave seen was awesome! Worth a Redbox rental for sure.
