Great for a bit of entertainment. I can only hope if major disaster strikes that I can do half the stuff in movies, hahaha.

It wont win any awards, but at the end of the day its an action flick. I am a sucker for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as well.

I love the Rock, Dwayne Johnson, but the movie fell short , he could do anything, and I'd watch him! But this movie was ok.

Good movie at a reasonable price. I wanted to get a 3D version and was able to get it for a decent price.

If you like sappy slow moving movies with happy endings this is a good movie for you. I love disaster movies and the Rock.

Alright. Not the best. But I enjoyed the earthquakes since I grew up in Mecico Cith and lived thru the big 1985 earthquake

It's an action movie with The Rock (Dwayne Johnson)! Are we really watching it for anything more than that?

Lots of cgi-Duane Johnson does a good job-the 3D version is worth the extra $-overall I would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Great movie at a great price! didn't get a chance to see it at the theater but definitely enjoyed at home! very good FX!

If you enjoy the rock, then you will enjoying watching this movie. there is a lot of destruction going on till the end.

The disaster movie displays nothing more than the complete CGI destruction of California and it delivers exactly that.

I have to say I was expecting more from this one, so it was alittle disappointing, but we did see it all the way thru.

Not an oscar winner but overall it technically was pretty good. Special effects are decent. My kids love it.

It's a disaster movie. Of course it's not scientific it's just entertaining. No Academy Awards here, but it's fun.

IT IS A BELOW AVERAGE MOVIE WITH OK 3D. THE PLOT IS WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A TYPICAL DISASTER MOVIE WITH VERY FEW SUPRISES. SPOILER ALERT, ONE OF THE MOST INTERESTING SCENES IS AFTER THE TSUNAMI THE SKIYSCRPERS ARE HALF UNDER WATER, AND CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY BOAT. I PURCHASED THE MOVIE FOR THE DOLBY ATMOS SOUND, AND HAD NO EXPECTATIONS OTHER THAN THE AUDIO. IT WAS VERY GOOD.

The story line is the same as the day after tomorrow the father rescues his son or daughter in a natural disaster

I was a good distraction as are most movies now days. I would not call it original or award winning by any means.

Another earthquake movie strikes the West Coast, destroying cities and disrupting the star actors' lifes.

Decent action flick. Not top notch but fun to watch if you can suspend your belief that any of it is "realistic"
