This movie was ok. I like the Rock and it had a lot of action, but it was kind of goofy too. A lot of the time while watching the movie my wife and I were saying "Really?". There's a lot of 'why are they doing that at a time like this' and 'that couldn't really happen'. It's a movie, though, so I guess you're supposed to suspend belief for a while. It's entertaining and not the worst movie I've seen, so it's worth a watch.

Granted there is not much of a story here, it's still a very enjoyable film about a family coming together to survive the events of a major earthquake.

I'm actually quite fond of action movies starring the Rock. He did an amazing job in this movie. Reminds me of the movie 2012.

Ok, so maybe I'm an action nut. I loved this movie. The special effects are great, it all seems realistic and possible, and who doesn't love The Rock?!

If you are a follower of Dwayne Johnson movies you will really like this one! CGI is out of this world and has a great story line. Well worth the cost!

This is very similar to every other action movie. Lots of destruction and mahem, but also plenty of "That would never happen" moments.

I was pleasantly surprised by this film. It held my attention and the Sound of the quake was amazing as well as the films other sound effects!

Great action and family drama. Science is bad and San Francisco is not displayed correctly, but movie is still fun if you can shut down the knowledge.

I ended up getting this for my son. He's a big fan of The Rock and wanted to see it.

I am not a huge fan of disaster movies, but this one is very entertaining. I guess the Rock makes everything more enjoyable.
