    Tried 3 times. First two I told it what I wanted and it failed about 25 pics into a 2800 pic backup. Third time I let drive do everything it worked fine! Uploaded to PC easy to too!

    If your a creator this is a must have. I was able to get large videos off my iPhone and saves faster then letting it upload off the phone on the the CPU. Great buy!!!

    It works. Can’t complain there. Just really hate that it’s strictly tied to the clunky app. Ultimately not satisfied with this product for the solution I was looking for. It’s not quick and easy enough to plug this into your phone and access what is on it, mostly just because the app sucks.
