    I wanted to love this, but have found it frustrating. I copied my pics and it changed the name on all of them - so that makes it difficult to manage files the way I wanted to. In a pinch, it'll backup your photos but I've found myself doing that other ways instead of using this thing.

    Worst customer service this item was cancelled for in store purchase hours after order, then had to change order to delivery, it was lost for months. Best Buy sent another one and now they want to charge me for this one and lost one.
