Basically I wanted to transfer video/images when my phone storage is full. But since I use iCloud, some of the images/videos need to be downloaded back to the phone, and when you are out of space it's not possible. Thus this device is useless for my needs. I was abroad and can't return it, so I'll use it as a flashdrive.

It is not the best app and could really use some more refining. Confusing to use and just a hassle in general, I shouldn't need to use an app just for a mere flash drive.

USB-C function DOA on iPad Pro

Tried all steps on WD troubleshooting - no help. Tried to use the firmware update tool, but even though my PC recognized the USB, the IXpand USB 3.0 firmware update tool would not recognize the drive. Back it goes.
