Compact & sturdy product that seems like it will last if it were tossed around or dropped. I like that it will fit iPhone or android. However, every time I try to load pics from iphone11, I get an error message about 1/4 of the way into pics & it stops loading. Have tried 3 different times to load & still same error message. Granted I have 1000’s of pics but I purchased the 256gb drive thinking it would be perfect for the amount of pics. Will have to call support or Geek squad for help. If I remember, I’ll update once problem resolved.

This is a great storage device and have enjoyed using it until it went missing about a month ago. But who would steal such a device and why?

Not happy that it requires the app to work with iOS. Apple updated a long time ago to support external storage on a system level in iOS so you can plug in any external storage with a lightning connector and it’s instantly in the Files app that’s already on the phone by default. The app is free, it offers things the standard files app doesn’t have like free offline backups without the need for a computer or paid iCloud upgrades, there’s built in security features even on top of standard iOS security, but to REQUIRE the app to use it? No. I doubt android is locked out from using it without the app but I can’t confirm. Im not happy with this but im not returning it since it was on sale for a price I couldn’t refuse, and as of now it’s the only flash drive I can find with USB-C and Lightning on one unit. Rant aside, it’s got an incredibly premium build, cap is tiny and super easy to drop off and lose but not a big deal, Always buy storage of any kind new in box from a known branded retailer like Best Buy, the lighter blue one with 2 self checkouts open but one is broken, or the red one with the circles for example (leaving out names to satisfy review guidelines). Selling drives online 3rd party sites is the easiest fraud for scammers. They can modify the tiniest thing to force it to report higher storage than whats actually available. Sell you a 16gb Flash Drive but label it 256gb and when you plug it in it even shows in your computer as 256gb.

I bought some time’s different things, always on time deleverd my things and good price or good quality.

It is nice but the data transfer rate is a bit slower than expected. Had to do multiple small data tranfers. But over all a great device to have

Sandisk is the best one out there, I never have no issue's. I left in my pants and wash and dried it still worked, I would not reccomend (LOL) Im a happy customer

It would be great if iOS would treat the iPhone's file management like iPad OS does now, but this at least makes it less of a pain to get large files on and off the phone!

This thing is quick. I upgraded from the iXpand 2.0, and this thing is way quicker at transferring data than the 2.0 was. Highly recommend.

It is very good. I am able to transfer pictures from iPhone to pixel phones then using pixel phone to upload pictures to Google photo
