    Awful. As for a regular drive via usb in windows it’s fine. As far as iPhone connection and function, it is garbage. Rarely works as expected and often the drive doesn’t respond. Copies only some files, sometimes gives a confirmation, other times doesn’t. Am convinced it’s poor quality is on the wd front as every wd product software I’ve ever used has been subpar and unreliable: Research reviews online and you’ll see all of this repeated.
