I needed it to transfer pictures from my phone to it. I worked perfectly. I really can't complain about anything I buy from Best Buy. If something doesn't work or I don't understand it I always go talk to the Geek Squad. They are wonderful. I hope you appreciate your workers as much as I do. Thanks.

It is a bit slow to backup my entire photo album on my phone, but that's to be expected as it takes up about 3/5ths of my phone’s storage. Only complaint is the app crashing a few times, but that's on the app, not the physical stick.
