I will say the price at first steered me away at first. However, I went with it anyway. I wanted to make sure it would be a long time before I have to think about replacing this little microSD. $60 to hold a bucket load of $60 games? Sounds good to me. Definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting to maximize their Switch storage. Especially if they don’t want to worry about replacing the card super often. It’s a yes from me dog.

Does as desired. With it being a known partner, there were no reading problems or funky storage problems one may get using off brand micro SD. May cost a little more but, it will put your mind at ease. Plus, 256GB for the switch is a crazy amount of storage.

I bought the Switch-focused microSD card after doing lots of research. The Wirecutter named it as their top pick, so I was pretty confident. Buying from other online retailers is always a gamble thanks to counterfeit electronics flooding the market, but my card showed up earlier than expected and breathed new life into my Samsung Galaxy S8+. Highly recommended.

My teenage son was overjoyed with this gift. He had run out of space on his Switch and needed the extra room. He had asked for a smaller capacity card but was thrilled that I got him the larger capacity of the 256 GB card. He has been using it from the go, and has been very pleased with the results. Would recommend this card to any Nintendo Switch user looking for more expansion room.

Holds a lot of stuff. Definitely worth the money. I bought 2 and still Havnt filled the first one.

Better deals can be found on standard SD cards, but I found it beneficial to have the Nintendo version for the clear visual reference that this one is for the Switch. This way, my kids can't mistake this card for any others and I won't lose any photos or files because the kids "borrowed" my SD card.

I was worried that the card would not be able to keep up with the speed of the switch. I have another SanDisk microSD card installed in my switch I noticed slight lagging when loading games, or even in-game cinematics. I worry no longer because this is actually faster than my old card (64GB vs. 256GB too!) Installed already pre-formatted and ready to go.

Low price point for extended storage. A must if you plan on playing multiple switch games.
