I just had to format the SD card for it to be recognized BEFORE putting any data on it. It was easy, the switch prompted me to do with a system update message. After doing that- it was recognized and THEN I put all of the data on the SD card. Would recommend!

At first, I was shocked that it was not actually 256GB. I had to research why that was. It was because of the system files.

Amazing for holding all your favorite games!!

I now have all of my favorites including some rather large capacity games and I still have over 100 GB left!! 10/10 recommend for any gamer

I figured it would be a good idea to purchase extra memory. Best Buy had a really super low sale price so it made it really affordable to purchase. I'm glad I did because I've played the Switch OLED much more than I originally thought I would.

Now I don't have to delete anything and I can just hoard all my photos and vids even more lmao I'm a photographer so this isn't a bad thing at all.

Since most of the games I started picking up require additional download...i was thinking my 64 g sd card would be enough. Than I got a game that took 45 gig to download before an update and found out that I was running out of space fast! These babies are on sale....40.00 off so I bought enough for the household.
