Only thing I did have a lot of issues trying to format it from you know to be able to put a information from a Mac and then transfer that information to a PC but otherwise not bad.

They helped me find the back up I was looking for and used the drive fir a complete re-image for Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade.
