    It has so many wonderful features and I have recommended already to friends and family I still haven’t downloaded everything but I look forward to using every feature and it’s small so you can carry it everywhere

    I found these pretty easy to use. I connected to laptop to charge, to get music moved over to it. And then you can listen to with the headphones included or other headphones.

    Removable storage is great. Playlists are shown as a possibility, but I haven't found how to do them. There's nothing in the paperwork, but it does show the folders on your SD card, and that's a decent workaround.

    This is my 3rd Sansa MP3 because I keep one in my gym bag, one in my handbag and one connected to a home speaker. Product has long battery life and very stylish with a choice of colors.

    Bought 3 of them. First one suddenly stopped working after few months. Second one stopped working after few days. Third one still working after few weeks. Great device as long as it works.
