Bought 6/26/2029 stopped working 10/9/2019

I Purchased this product on 6/25/2019 and it stopped working 10/9/2019. To add insult to injury, Sandisk's idea of customer support consists of a few lines of text on their web page suggesting useless fixes instead of a customer service phone number with a human being to provide "customer Service". Stay away from Sandisk product altogether this is a company in troubled. Do not waste your money.

MP3 device's are disappearing and I felt this price to be a bit overpriced. I also had a problem with the 1st one freezing on me in which I had to return and swap for the same one (gift for my handicapped sister). I would still recommend this to others.
