Took a little getting used to the controls, but didn't take rocket science. So far, it has played well. Plenty of volume and space, as well as affordable. I liked it so much I bought my brother one.

Ive actually dropped it 3 times now and it still works...very sturdy.

The exchange went quickly and the person at the counter was polite and helpful.

I found that for some unknown reason it is not able to identify countless numbers of artists on the menu. I tried different manners of installing them. Had no luck. That impedes my ability to identify and therefore organize what I am listening to. I also have the sport clip 16GB. I don't have any of these problems with it. I will probably end up returning this item due to the discrepancy in operation.

You don't have to worry about damages breaking your bank. So take it with you everywhere you go. Replacement would be inexpensive, unlike other expensive players.

If you want a small, 8Gb capacity, AAC/Mp3 compatible for use while outdoors and in your car, you can't beat the price and get a better player.
