This product comes with a very brief "getting started" insert, and on the Sandisk site there are somewhat more detailed instructions. However, the product does not actually work according to the instructions. I tried various things, eventually ended up with menus in Arabic, not a language I am able to read. Given the remote area where the local Best Buy is located, and the modest cost of the product, I will probably not bother to return it. Also note, firmware updates are available but only for Windows users (I have no idea whether the firmware updates actually work.) I originally bought this as a stopgap whilst awaiting a [different brand] from [a different retailer]. Evidently it was a waste of my time and money, tho I suppose I could use it as a flash drive. NOT RECOMMENDED.

not a bad product, but overall much worse than the previous (discontinued) model of mp3 player from Sandisk, the Sansa Clip Plus. The Sansa Clip Jam has a far poorer menu layout, is ergonomically inferior, and appears to be more physically fragile, too. One of its few advantages over previous models: it interfaces better with the computer when you want to add music, podcasts or audio books to the player.

Nice little MP3 player, good for younger kid that might not be overly careful with it.

am hoping this one lasts longer. my previous one lasted 3 weeks before it wouldn't turn on any longer. I listed to audible books and spend hours plugged into my ear buds.

My son love his music he loves that he can take it any where with him

I like that it have capacity for a lot of songs, is small so it can be carried anywhere

Very light mp3 player. Use it when I go running and I barely feel it there

I did not use additional features on more expensive I pods, so was happy store employee told me about this mp 3 player I purchased two more for Christmas gifts, and they love it too.

This is an excellent choice for music. I need the just the minimum when I am running. Not too much of a worry if this this falls onto the pavement. I cry more over my ipod.

Nice mp3 to take when I don't want to carry my phone around, but I do want to listen to an audiobook/music. Often this use case is going to the gym or for a walk. Since the memory is expandable, it doesn't make sense to get one with more memory. Also the os is pretty primitive - but gets the job done.

I have been walking every morning and it's so nice to have something that isnt heavy and I can put my music on it. It's nice to have music to walk.

Bought them for my niece and nephew and they just loved them!! They are 12 and 13 years old and have downloaded a bunch of music already on them!! Great purchase!!

I would give this as a gift to my family, I would recommend this player to all my friends and family. Easy to use and comfortable to use.

Good MP3 player Useful while traveling, easy to use, Ideal for gym Light device

Can't beat this one for the price. As I needed an extra this is my second one. Dependable and can take a beating as I use in the gym and at the pool in the summer.

It works great and she really loves it. The fact it is cordless helps a lot so she can place it where she needs.

Exactly what I wanted, am now player with no wifi so I can listen to music in areas restricted from having cellular or WiFi devices.

Lost in Transit but when called got a replacement sent within 2 days. So thank you for the quick turnaround in getting things righted.
