Grand daughter has some issues with getting ear buds to go in. She loves that she can add more music by adding SD card.

I purchased this player for my wife to replace the Sandisk she has had for several years and finally quit working. For the money, the features cannot be beat.

real good ,i love the extra playlists to put a lot of songs in the order i want them.

love being able to download my cds and transfer them to the unit. shuffle should shuffle more.

I do not like the preloaded songs that come up when I have it on schuffle don’t see an easy way to delete them

Very decent player for its price. Works great. 8GB internal memory, plus you can use additional card. Plays mp3, radio, easy to transfer files.

Up to this point, I haven't opened the package and used the product. I like the fact that it had expandable memory. I hadn't figured out how I will get spodify tracks on here.

Was looking for a replacement for my SanDisk clip that I purchased probably about 10+ yrs ago (still works fine, just doesn't have the capacity I want anymore - only 1GB, and the clip is broken). I briefly considered an iPod but I decided to get this SanDisk clip jam instead because it is very simple to use and extremely light and portable. I use it when I run or walk and it works perfect for what I want - no fuss with setup, just transfer the songs on and you're ready to go. I can do a little more on this player than I could on my old one which is nice - just haven't gotten to check out everything yet since I've only had it a few days. Still has the FM radio, can create playlists, and it's pretty easy to transfer songs from my macbook. Now I know from experience from my other SanDisk clip that the clip breaks fairly easily so I'll have to be careful this time! I expect the longevity will be similar to that of my old SanDisk clip (still has good battery life after 10yrs!). So if you are anti-SMART anything... which I am... and still want to listen to your tunes on something portable (besides a walkman, haha), this is definitely a nice little device and I would recommend it.

It is small in size, recharges easily, the charge lasts for multiple 8 hour periods.

My grandson loves this product. It keep shim occupied and he uses it a lot

I bought a second one of these because I liked it so much. It took me a while to figure out how to setup a playlist but now I have my music setup just the way I like.

Fm band really works well at the gym to listen to the monitors. Hard to find these options at this price

This is an excellent MP3 device. Very easy to use! I would buy this again and again. In fact, this is the second one I have purchased. My daughter lost her first one. You cannot go wrong with this device. I tried others and this is the best!

It does the job well but why can't they fix the software after all these years? It's just awkward to use.

While the MP3 does the job, if the clip breaks or charging cord quits, San Disk will NOT stand behind the "2 year labor & parts" warranty - it is annoying to have purchased this in November and in June when the cord quits charging the unit (the only way to charge/sync unit) neither Best Buy or San Disk will cover the cord. Disappointing!
