Sick of bringing my huge phone to the gym for it to fall out of my pockets, would rather get something that just plays music so i dont get distracted either. This is perfect because it clips onto my shirt and stays out of the way.

My husband wanted something he could use to listen to music while at the gym. He loves this. It's very small and light, unlike carrying a phone around. Easy to load and delete music. P.S. It is really annoying, distracting, and extremely rude when people carry on conversations on their phones right next to you.

Easy to use, and holds a ton of songs. First one had a problem where it didn't turn on. Even after reading the forums on how to reset it, it only worked once. (hold middle button for 20 seconds). The second time it didn't turn on, it was for done for. I exchanged for a new one and that one has been working flawlessly.

This little thing is exactly what I needed for the gym. It clips onto my shorts and stays in place whether I'm running, lifting, or doing high intensity interval training. It stores all the music I need and is very easy to access. Putting music on it was also so easy. Just click and drag the music files into the folder that pops up when you plug in the Clip Jam. So glad I gave this a try...didn't think it would be this good for how inexpensive it was.

Clear sound easy to operate compact clip on my top while walking

Simple and straightforward. Upside: Battery lasts maybe 20 hours of playing. Downloading files is as simple as connecting the USB to a computer and drag-and-dropping the files. I've had one for a year with no reliability issues. Downside: Buttons are easy enough to press that I sometimes hit them by mistake at the gym.

Needed a simple mp3 player for my father with Alzheimer's. The simple interface allows my mother, or any of his caregivers, the ability to turn it on and start the music easily. The expandable memory slot allows me to update his music options without any hiccup in his experience. Very much recommend for the price.

I use this mp3 player/radio mainly for the radio, and unfortunately the radio antenna is very weak -- depending on where I am walking, the sound will fade in and out in the course of just a few steps. I even exchanged my first one of these thinking it was a faulty item, but the second one has the same problem. So I assume the entire product is like that. I bought this item to replace a similar SanDisk product from several years back that just didn't hold a charge anymore, and that antenna worked much better. This one is a disappointment. PROs: the player is a small, lightweight, and the mp3 part works fine. And at a good price, so may be worth it depending on what you plan to use this for.

I used this while working in a factory for the peak season. It worked totally fine, lasted days, the only problem I had is when I loaded my lecture recording onto it, it wouldn’t turn back on and for days I couldn’t use it until I realized it was an mp4 file. 4 stars because it doesn’t get very loud.

I bought the MP3 player for the auxiliary connect to use with a small PA system for family picnic. It stored more than enough music for the 4plus hours it was used. Battery life is great as well! I didn't use the earbuds provided. Sounds great, but that also depends on speaker's or earbuds.

Can't live without my MP3. I store many audiobooks from the library on them (all 5). Listen when I go walking, doing housework, waking up at 3 am and want to learn something. Only wish it was bluetooth capable.

I'll freely admit I've never bought one of these for myself, but my sister (the one I bought it for) loves it. She can keep all of her favorite songs on it and with an SD card, she can store even more. It already comes with earbuds, so she was able to listen as soon as music was available. (Her other set had died not long before. Absolutely worth it if you want a device solely for listening, rather than adding more stuff to your phone.
