    the product is not easy to figure out how to operate. it would help if it came with an operational manual. even going to the website doesn't offer a lot of help. for older less tech savvy I would not recommend this particular product. it does work well once you figure out operations.

    Great little mp3 player for those who don't want to carry a phone around everywhere. Sounds great with headphones. Can swap out microsdhc cards for different music. I don't bother with the 8gb internal memory.
