I keep a bluetooth Sandisk in the car, and saw the orange ones on clearance for $20. Got it as a backup as I am a big fan of these. Love the ability to copy and paste mp3s. No itunes for me...

I purchased this based on my kid's teacher's suggestion. She wanted us to load classical music so he can listen and hopefully focus better on his task. It was initially very well received but later on became a hassle and a distraction.

It's small. Works well but my husband is 56 and has trouble with the small buttons. He also has trouble figuring out operations. It didn't come with instructions and he refuses to go on line to find them. Sigh!

I bought one of these for myself & my son with an SD card to go with them. It is constantly freezing on me & wont play my music. It took me awhile to figure out how to put music on the SD card it as I’m not that computer literate, hence why my review is a tad late. So.... this product keeps freezing up & won’t play my music... I’ve tried everything. Adjusted settings. Powered on & powered off.... etc. wasted my money!!

This was not my first SanDisk MP3 player. I was quite happy with the first and that made a major influence in my decision to buy this one. Out of the box it was quite easy to get my music onto despite the very short USB cable provided. I can not speak to the sound quality of the earbuds as I never used them. I worked well for a few uses. About 4 days after I began using it, it failed to turn on, only to work again the next day. This has happened enough times since that I am now beginning to look for another one to purchase.

I go though a SanDisk Clip Jam about every 2 years, I run, bike and ski with them, they get worked hard and are cheap to replace, I've had many mp3 player and they all fail from sweat and hard living at about 2 years.

This item comes with virtually no instructions, which for a novice renders the product useless.

The items doesn’t work. I bought it for work to get through my work day.. only 2 radio stations play and even those two have a static background. You can’t transfer music on it either which is why I bought it. Very disappointed.

This is the third one that I've purchased. Easy to use with lots of options. Example radio, MP3, iBooks, and is very compact unlike cell phones & it doesn't have to be connected to Internet/wifi so it doesn't use up your date or cell phone battery.

Purchased for my parents when their new vehicle came without a CD player (all their music on CD's). Music loaded fine, but when plugged into vehicle it would not play correctly. Songs repeated, skipped around once started (during songs). When I next visited the player would not turn on unless plugged into computer (so much for mobility), so returned. Have had several SanDisk players that operated flawlessly through the years so this may have just been a bad unit.

I bought this mp3 player for $30, it comes with 8gb of internal memory and it supports a 16gb sd card. It's perfect if you want to store 2000 songs or less. So far i like this mp3 player.

It is very small. However, it works great! I bought for my grandson and had to get a larger case so he doesn't lose it.

Was not user friendly and the reception was not good in the buildings i work in.

This item came with very few instructions for use. Better instructions are badly needed.

It took me so long to figure out how to download music on to my laptop, considering the last time I did it was on Napster and Limewire! But once I got the hang of it everything went smoothly and my daughter loves it!

Simple interface. Hard to find music to transfer. Not compatible with streaming services DRM formats.

Awesome player! The item that I received was what I really expected. It was in perfect condition and so far, it’s working fine. Best Buy’s order tracking is extremely helpful, convenient and efficient.

I'm able to listen to the songs I uploaded to this device in my car with the usb port cord. Gives me more options of what to listen to while I'm driving. Exactly what I was looking for.

Plenty of storage with a memory card. A great little player at a fair price. A little confusing on navigating the menu, but once you get it figured out (as any) really easy.

It doesn’t last forever but good for light use and don’t leave in the vehicle in the winter
