This is the 3rd ScanDisk Jam I have purchased both the others are still working despite dropping one in a bucket of paint. The best feature is they take a 128GB Micro SD card.

Works well for our purposes. A little difficult to figure out for a beginner at first. Good find for the cost!

Needed a replacement for my Sansa Zip Clip which started to have a dying/degrading battery. The screen might not be as big, but the menu is practically the same, which works out for me.

Very good. Almost gifted to 10 kids in our family as christmas present. Definitely helps kids to get a break from screen.

It was too small and I was afraid he would misplace it and it would been too hard to find.

I have been through about 5 of these in the last year. Been using them for about ten years and they used to last a few years. The last two did not make it more than about 60 days. They seem to have a built in failure where they stop being recognized after a period of time. Can’t get any help from sandisk but Best Buy has helped me out a few times and let me return them.

Volume didn't go very high and there was already music on it. Returned same day.

These things will work,then just stop after about 40mins of play time,then other days it will go 2-3hours? I $paid extra in case this one brakes down. This is my 4-one in 2-years. Wish some would make 1-cheaper because forking out $32-$39 at a time sucks.

Not so easy to use, still didn’t figure out how to load songs even after searching

At first this was a great item! All my music transferred so easy and smooth. Until it was time to listen to it. Then... it would play a couple songs and shut off. I'd restart it, it would play one or two songs and shut off. This went on for a whole 3 hour plane flight up and back! I emailed sandisk when I got home, they were quick to respond with help. Unfortunate, nothing fixed it so I ended up returning the item. Again, good service except the return means your not guaranteed a new item in return. Refurbished is a possible replacement. I disagree with this. My MP3 player was brand new. Should be a brand new "trade." So we'll see.

this is a nice little player, the default language is Arabic, still trying to find how to change to English.

The directions for use was not so clear. I only know that I owned one before how to use. Still a dilemna to me.

I purchased a SanDisk Clip Jam (black) from Best Buy on 7-04-2020. This is the second one that I purchased from Best Buy, the first one lasted about a year and a half. On 6-24-2021 the second Clip Jam stopped working, the battery would not charge. I liked the SanDisk mp3 players at one time, but not anymore. I went to the SanDisk website to see if there was a way to reset the player. I tried a few resets, but nothing worked. When a product continuously malfunctions it time to try another product. On 6-26-2021 I took the item back to Best Buy to see what could be done. There is a one year warranty on this Clip Jam, but I was told by the employee at the front door to deal with the manufacture (SanDisk). I walked out of the store disappointed and angry. I guess I will not be buying my mp3 players from Best Buy.

Excellent sound, ease of loading, great quality. Battery use great until you Bluetooth with noise reduction. Only half Life

PROS: great color choices? pleasing plastic texture and finish. CONS: never worked . freezes after the first or second song. thanks for the 15 day return policy best buy. thumbs up

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter. She was too young for a cell phone so we decided to start her on MP3 player where she could play her music and she loves it.

Unfortunately, after about 3 months when the books are downloaded they are out of order
